Dreamwood Lodge Reviews

Great host. Very clean and tidy. Very good hot tub facility. Annex was an excellent space for my son to work from during our visit. Interesting neighbourhood. Would recommend adding to the kitchenentertaining equipment in future.
The property was perfect for the whole family to spend time together and to also have their own space. It had such a welcoming feel and was spotless. The owner was great with communication and very friendly and helpful. The underfloor heating meant it was always warm and the hot tub made it a very relaxing break.

Lovely property, just enough size for us and perfect for our girls weekend. Loved the hot tub! Only marked down on cleanliness as there were quite a few dead flies around the property on arrival and some of our guests hate bugs. Plus the water pressure was a bit of a pain at times but we appreciated the warning left out to let us know about this and we were able to make it work. Jenny the host was lovely and super accommodating and wed come back for sure!

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the dream lodge, a family of 6 plus 2 dogs. If youre looking for a traditional cottage feel getaway this is it. The lodges were lovely & had everything we needed, was only 25 minutes from our home but felt like we were in another part of the country
A girls weekend had everything we needed from comfort to amenities. A clean and welcoming environment, a lovely local walk nearby and a short drive from a main high street! Fab stay would go again!
Joanne
Great property and location for exploring Kent and Greater London. Was lovely to have to have the studio and the hot tub. Host kept in touch during our stay too. A really relaxing short break.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week using both the Lodge and the Annex. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained providing comfortable 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms spacious open plan dining and lounge area. The bedrooms were not completely blackout, but the road is not street lit so rooms very dark at night. Jen provided extra fans when requested on the hot arrival day. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with equipment, but some of the cupboards are high with hinged doors. Plenty of worktop space. The Wifi worked very well, with Smart TVs. The gravel drive way has a narrow access for large cars, with a secure gate. We loved that the lodge is on a quiet hill , surrounded by tall trees. Good travel links to London via Hayes Station. Thanks Jen for your quick replies to property queries.
We had a lovely stay Dreamwood Lodge, Jen the owner was very friendly and contactable. We would definitely stay again!
The owner of this property was easily contactable before, during and after our stay. She was always very accommodating and really friendly. The property was spotless, the beds were really comfortable, the hot tub a dream to use and we generally had a wonderful stay. A lovely garden with BBQ and plenty of seating for 6. Enjoyed two walks to the local pub just under a mile away who do stunning food. Cant recommend this property enough for a relaxing stay
We had a lovely stay at Dreamwood Lodge. Beautiful English countryside surroundings and we did a wine tasting close by which was lovely. Comfortable stay, great set up for everything and the place was really cosy warm. Hot tub great too! I left a dress and top hanging in the wardrobe which were very kindly posted to me very quickly so thank you so much for that. Above and beyond.

Dreamwood lodge was a home away from home. Jenny, who was an excellent host, paid attention to every minute detail across the lodge and was quick to respond for any minor hiccups. The beds were extremely comfortable. It took us 45 mins to commute from London. I would definitely book again and will highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay at dreamwood lodge, the property was perfect for us and had everything we could need, the beds were really comfortable, and the area was lovely, not too far to travel into London and also lots to do locally.
The property is stylish and clean and very comfortable. There's plenty of space and the separate annex allows for privacy if travelling with friends or colleagues, as we did. We parked three cars on the drive and with some juggling could get a fourth if necessary. We didn't actually use the hottub but the views across the valley are lovely and when the weather was nice we sat out and enjoyed the setting sun. Communication with Jen, the owner, was excellent from the moment we booked and we were able to ask any questions with quick responses. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

A wonderful home from home to spend our two week Christmas holiday. Jenny is a fantastic host, even messaging before our stay to ask if it was ok to decorate the Lodge for Christmas, we thought this was such a lovely touch. It was beautifully decorated which we really appreciated. Dreamwood Lodge is lovely and peaceful and has everything you need for a short break, the Annexe is a great addition. There are some lovely walks in the area, as others have mentioned it is very easy to go into London for the day, its a 25 minute train journey from Orpington station. We would thoroughly recommend Dreamwood Lodge and will be back, thank you Jenny for making our stay special.

Outstanding! ! Dreamwood lodge is outstanding! We ended up staying for two weeks we loved the place so much! The lodges are cosy, clean and with very comfortable beds. There's everything you need to have a home from home stay. The hot tub is very welcoming and clean. All the kitchens and bedrooms are well presented . Jen was an absolute dream host and took on board and helped with everything we needed. We are sure it's even better in the summer when you could get out in the garden and appreciate the surroundings! thank you so so much we loved every minute !
A comfortable home from home and we were well looked after by our hosts. Many things to do clof
Dreamwood Lodge was wonderful. It was very clean, wellequipped and beautifully presented. The quiet location was like a place within a place near enough to central London to make sightseeing easy, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the silence of the countryside. Jenny the owner was very friendly and superhelpful. We would definitely stay there again.
6 of us stayed at dreamwood loge for a weekend away, we had a really nice stay! The lodge was perfect and clean with plenty of utensils in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for us all and the anex was a brilliant little touch! Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely co.e back! Jen was a great host, messaging us before our stay to see of we needed anything which was a great touch! Thank you for having us
Absolutely superb property and excellent hosts. Would strongly recommend a stay in this property. A beautifully kept accommodating with a fantastic hot tub which was used regularly. We were there for 4 weeks and our host Jennie was more than helpful with advice on the area and local establishments. We will be back again sometime most definitely as its location in the countryside is very close to where our daughter and granddaughter live in London. Cannot recommend it enough.

We had a lovely weekend at Dream Lodge. We had 2 Dogs which we cleared with the owner before booking. Jenny the host was amazing, gave us lots of ideas for local dog walks and was on hand via Whats app for any questions. The end fence is loose so be careful with your dogs in case they push through, hopefully that will be fixed by Jenny. Hot tub was great, I think the best one we have had in any of the lodges I have stayed in. Nice a comfy and pretty quiet too. Only improvements would be a basic air con unit to keep it cooler in the summer months. It gets pretty hot and sticky. Be careful when driving into the lodge, my car mud flap got caught on the bump as its quite a step ramp up so stay to the left to avoid that. We will def be back soon
Just returned from a wonderfull week in Dreamwood Lodge. The property is situated in a peacefull place, with a bus stop just around the corner and railway stations near by. The house is fantastic, if I may say so. We had a fine time there, with our dog, and will surely visit it again on a trip to London.
We hade al lovely stay at the greenwood logde. Every thing was great and the hot tube made it complete. We hade a great holiday.
I really can't recommend this property enough. We stayed for 7 nights and Jen was super helpful before and during our stay! The lodge is close to Bromley with really quick links into central London which was great for our kids. Also, our dog Maggie was made very welcome and there are some lovely nearby walks in Keston Common with lovely cafe Daisy Grey serving some very yummy cakes. We can't wait to come back!
Stephanie
A lovely place to stay. We particularly liked the layout of the lodge the big kitchen leading to dining table and outside garden or the living area to one side, and the bedrooms tucked away at the other end. With the separate barn annexe, this worked perfectly for our group of 5. Everything seems new or nearly new and a few more kitchen utensils would be helpful, but we did cook every day and had a great barbecue. The owner was very helpful when contacted with queries.
Perfect location for us whilst we was working around South London. Great pubs nearby. Enjoyed the board games and the underfloor heating!
Wanted a nice place to stay, take our dog for walks and generally chill out with our 2 teenage kids. Dreamwood lodge was everything we could have hoped for, lovely little lodge ,great walks and a chill out in the hot tub! Highly recommend!
We stayed at Dreamwood over the Christmas period and we had the most magical and amazing time. The lodge was extremely accessible and easy to find, and from the moment that we drove onto the drive, it felt like home from home. The lodge was spotlessly clean, and included everything that anyone could possibly need whilst taking a break away. The subtle touches were truly wonderful, from the ecofriendly toiletries, special treats and and accessories for our fur baby, to the spare towels, pillows and bedding. We even enjoyed a lovely glass of bubbly in the hot tub on Christmas morning, which was a real treat! The owner really did think of everything, and provided wonderful customer service. Jen even approved for us to put up our own Christmas decorations to make it feel more like home, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Many thanks Jen, you and your wonderful lodge were amazing
