Orches and toys for all weathers. Communication with Samantha the property owner who lives close by has been excellent from start to finish. The essentials provided to keep us going until the shopping arrived appreciated. The house has all of the latest tech including sky tv, smart tv's and excellent wifi. 2 cots and 2 high chairs and lots of space. The location is ideal for seeing Cornwall the area is surrounded by narrow lanes with no issue passing other vehicles. Highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful, spacious and cosy place for a large family holiday. The house is extremely well equipped and maintained. Such a lovely Easter welcome package, with extras in the fridge. Two kitchens one doubles as utility which was brilliant, as we needed a separate area for my grandsons tube foodmedicine preparation. We just felt that some of the things frequently used like winejuice glassesplastic bowls etc would have been better placed in the ample cupboard space around the kitchen island and the cupboard space in the little kitchen left empty for food storage. Hot tub, sectioned garden and a higher decking area are such an added bonus to this holiday home. Well situated for getting around and visiting different coves, beaches, places of interest.

Very nice cottage and friendly owners very thoughtful of setting up the cottage with easter eggs for the kids. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing few days will definitely back.

Beautiful property, so well equipped and immaculate

We had a great stay. House was lovely with everything we could ever want. The goodies that were left for us were superb, wine, beer, large bowl of fruit and scones,jam and clotted cream. We all loved the hot tub. Samantha and Michael were super hosts. We all agreed that we would love to return.

On arrival we were greeted by the hosts friendly daughter who was very helpful & later by Samantha & Michael who were just as lovely always willing to help if needed. Craybourne is such a lovely holiday home. The pictures don't do it justice & the property was very clean. We were kindly left all of the essentials that you would need to start including some extra luxuries bread, butter, milk, fruit bowl, strawberries, cream, wine, beer & much more which was a great surprise. It had everything you could possibly need as a family of 9, all amenities plus board games & books, even the shed was full of outside toys for the children & extra chairs etc. The beds & sofas were very comfortable too with plenty of pillows. We had a great week of sunshine so the hot tub came in handy, we managed to turn the heat down so that we could cool off in it. There's many beaches about 20 minutes away & we went to the local theme park too which is good. A car is essential if you are planning on some days out, the local roads are quite narrow so i wouldn't risk walking on them. We also got a big shop delivered so that's an option if you don't have room to bring it with you or don't want to waste time going food shopping. All in all we had an amazing week, I would definitely recommend Craybourne & will hopefully be back in the future, thank you Samantha & Michael.

WOW, just what a property and what an amazing place to stay. In rather unusual circumstances, we found out upon arrival and meeting Sam and Michael that their daughter was in fact our son's Geography teacher at a school which is 300 miles away from here! Bizarre to say the least, but such a welcoming and helpful family. the property and views from the house are just breathtaking. So much space, the hot tub is just a lovely feature and we cannot wait to go back. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful place, the house is great. A perfect place for a family get together. The owners, Samantha & Michael, couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming their ducks eggs were fantastic. The house has everything you could possibly need. This was the best stress free holiday home to be in. We could never asked for anything to be added on ,Craybourne was truly a home away from honey, the comfort , the facilities are excellent. Not to talk of Samantha & Michael the owners are a brilliant couple , the home had been beautifully decorated for Christmas and to our amazement there were named presents for each of the five children we had. An absolutely fantastic place and super hosts, it has everything you will need and more. The house is beautiful and clean with a mix of modern and cottage look. Upon arrival we were kindly gifted some groceries and luxuries such as alcoholic beverages and face masks. I will definitely be returning!!!

This was my second holiday booked though Sykes and as before it was exceptional. Photos were pin point accurate and the owners added so many extra touches on our arrival which took it to another level. We felt instantly at home and like we were in the lap of luxury. The owners greeted us and were there if we needed anything without being intrusive. This was a multi generational holiday for our family after a very tough year and everyone had the best time. I would highly recommend this holiday home and Sykes to anyone looking for a British holiday with added sparkle.

Everything we could have wanted was provided and the accommodation itself was excellent, very comfy and modern. It certainly helped make our holiday that much more enjoyable. Although Craybourne is quite of the beaten track and requires several miles of single track roads to navigate which was entertaining on occasion, we would definitely book this property again.

We had a fabulous Holiday at Craybourne, the cottage was everything we expected and more. Exceptionally clean, and with brilliant facilities, there wasn't a thing that Samantha and Michael hadn't thought of to provide. They were such lovely hosts, and even left us drinks and Cornish cream tea for when we arrived after a long journey. We would definitely recommend Craybourne, and would love to visit again. Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
