We loved our stay here! Perfect for relaxing and unwinding, with plenty of privacy despite there being several cottages. The view over the river is absolutely gorgeous, especially from the hot-tub-such a treat. The pool was a bonus too; booking a slot made it feel like our private pool. The cottage was super modern and well-equipped, everything worked smoothly. Definitely great value for money, we’d happily return!

The glasshouse pool was a lovely touchand the view from the terrace was stunning, especially with the hot tub nestled among the trees and wildflowers. We really enjoyed our stay at Peace Cottage. The views are absolutely stunningand the big windows plus the spacious patio made it perfect to soak it all in. The place is super high specand having the pool available for an hour each day was a real treat. We also loved how handy it was for exploring Tavistock, Looe, Totnes, Plymouthand Dartmouth. The hot tub was a nice touch, though it’s a bit exposed from the road, but overall, a lovely place to unwind!

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
Hedgehog Hospital at Prickly Ball Farm - EX20 3TA

If you are looking for a fun family day out with a difference then a visit to the Hedgehog Hospital is a great choice. While visiting the hospital children can learn about these shy wild animals and the dangers they face in the wild as well as how we can help them. The farm is a halfway house for sick hedgehogs and children can meet some of the animals that are almost ready to go back to the wild. The farm also has a gift shop, a coffee shop and a wildlife garden as well as a pet's area with Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.
