Emma Clarke
Honestly, we had such a lovely stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and feels really cosy. We loved how peaceful it was - perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The garden and lake were a hit with our dog, who enjoyed endless fetch sessions and walks straight from the doorstep. We even tried fishing and managed to catch four carp over the week, which was a bonus! The place is quite remote, so make sure to stock up beforehand because there’s no shops nearby. The access road is a bit bumpy too, but totally worth it. Can’t wait to come back!
Emma
We've stayed in quite a few places, but this lodge really stands out. Mike popped by once to check everything was okay, then left us to enjoy our weekend. It was such a relaxing break that we’ve already started planning our return later in the year-can’t wait! If you're after peace, good fishing, nice walksand a hot tub to unwind, this is the spot. Also, don’t miss out on a Sunday lunch at The Arscott Arms in Bude, it’s well worth it. Honestly, we’re already counting down to our next visit!
Emma
The cottage was lovely, really well stocked and in a perfect, peaceful spot. We had such a relaxing break, it was just what we needed!
