The house was above and beyond what we thought it was going to be. The location was good although the steep drive was hard for our two people with walking problems. Lovely big house, perfect for a big family holiday. There was everything we needed for a great stay. The only thing you need to be aware of is the house is up a very steep hill so not suitable for people who have mobility issues.
Roger
This was the 30th year of our family holidays. Our first visit was in 2013 & after seeing the improvements that have been made especially the larger & better equipped kitchen we decided to come back. It was a fantastic week. Just loved the house & the ever changing views over the river. The weather was fantastic & most afternoons were spent on Inst ow beach. The village shop, Johns, was an Aladdins cave of culinary delights. Thank you Redland House and Instow for wonderful & happy holiday!

This house is just incredible, absolutely loved it! 19 of us ranging from ages 1 - 61 celebrating my 60th birthday. Amazing time, and look forward to returning one day!
Cara
We visited early March 22 for a 50th birthday celebration and this property did not disappoint. Beautiful rooms, wonderful amenities and a stunning location, we were lucky with the weather at this time of year, but it really was the most fabulous few days celebrating with friends. We will definitely book again! Just perfect x
Joanne
This house was booked for a one time only large group celebration weekend. It was perfect- well equipped, lots of space and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed every nook and cranny , from the games room, to the grand dining room, but as with all great parties, most of the action was found in the kitchen. The bedrooms are grouped thoughtfully so that kids and parents can be adjacent if needed. Lots of en-suite bathrooms so all can enjoy privacy . Village pubs all friendly and a great local deli.
Clare
For a winter holiday this house is well heated and has great views so even if the weather isnt great you can still enjoy it. It is well located - a 5 minute walk to the river and an excellent deli/shop and cafe that also sells newspapers
Tracy
We were a group of 7 couples in their 40s and 50s. Loved the house. Amazing space. Great for those who like to do 10000 steps a day! Well-equipped kitchen - huge selection of everything you could possibly need when cooking for a lot of people. Lovely big bath towels. Views are fabulous. Dining room is perfect for a group holiday as we could all sit and eat together. We had a great weekend - planning to book again for next January.
Katie
A fantastic house for a large group. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We could never get bored of the amazing views! We would love to return in the future. Highly recommend.
