What an amazing place to stay, k cant rate this highly enough , it is simply outstanding. Thank you
Amanda
What can I say, we stayed for my 60th birthday
Diolch pawb for a joyous stay. It was so special to have the family altogether. The property is beautiful. Great having a bathroom each! Thank you.
Beautiful house, lovely owners, Jackie was very friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome. The hot tub was popular and the views couldn't be better. The house was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Gareth
Everything thing was perfect, apart from the rain for a few days. But the barn is very cozy place. Internet was an issue very slow and sometimes non exsistent. Don't let the Internet issue put you off cause this place is amazing. Clear instructions for the heating system would have been ideal. All that said and done I still rate this place of 10 out 10.
Heather
Hi, us girls had the best weekend. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The beds were really comfy and there was enough space for us all. The only gripe was we went to get in the hot tub on Sunday night and someone had turned it off so it was cold. We was quite disappointed, however apart from that we had the best weekend so thank you.
Robert
Amazing property, great location and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. 10 out of 10.
Alison
Fantastic accomodation, everything in excellent condition. Extremely clean throughout. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy themselves. Hot tub was fantastic as was the open space available and we were lucky to have amazing weather. wifi was a bit iffy at times but I assume that is just the location.
Steven
Stunning location and property, no faults at all
Antoinette
What an amazing little gem this place is. We stayed in the Barn and the attention to detail was fantastic. Will certainly be recommending to people and will certainly be back.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely property. Loads of space, comfortable rooms. Great base for all of our trips, Zip world, Chester zoo, Beaumaris castle etc. lambs to watch at front of house a bonus. We cooked most days but did have takeaway from fish and chips and kebab shop in Corwen, would recommend both. Only suggestions would be handwash provided in all bathrooms , an additional frying pan for vegetarian cooking and use of hot tub ensured.
Bethany
Absolutely beautiful property! It was perfect for all the family with the most incredible views. It was over & above our expectations and we cant thank you enough for a lovely break.
An absolutely beautiful property in a beautiful location. It was lovely to get three generations of the family together after such a long time. The Barn was well equipped, spacious and the hot tub was a bonus. Thank you!
An amazing place. We felt very welcome. A bit more crockery and cutlery would have been nice.

Outstanding stay at the Barn. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the beauty of the property, its location and the surroundings. The property was 5 stars, really high hygiene standards, amazing facilities and extremely welcoming, It exceeded our expectations. We were a family group on our first get together since covid so it was lovely to have found a property that ticked all the boxes. Thank you to Julia for being a superb host. We have made so many memories whilst on our short stay at your beautiful Barn.

Spectacular property. Party of eight friends to celebrate my birthday. The open plan living suited us perfectly for our festivities. We enjoyed, mostly, good weather, nice walk to the nearby pub, The Blue Lion. Also terrified ourselves at Zipworld on Velocity2. The property was warm and very well equipped, there are no negatives at all. The view was totally absorbing from the living area, especially when the Pheasants and Canada geese came to feed nearby. We all loved our time at The Barn and wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you, Julia.
Alessandra
The house is amazing, just the bed in big room its not good.
We had a fantastic weekend away with friends, property was perfect and has everything you need. We will most certainly be back .
This was a fab Barn, we throughly enjoyed ourselves, home from home, high quality bed linen and Gorgeous thick white towels. We bought eggs from the owner they were the best too. The only thing we all said would be a nice feature would be a long fire, but that's because we love them on a cold winter's night. Thanks for a great stay.
Stunning setting and the communication and guidance provided in the lead up was perfect. Ample parking available and within the property the kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates bowls and utensils. Lovely gesture of milk and eggs provided on arrival. Strong enough WiFi setting to support multiple phones as well as Netflix. Plenty of space both inside and outside the property for 6 adults and a toddler. Would recommend
Our family of eight three generations had a fabulous holiday at the Barn. everyone had enough of their own space and the living areas were more than adequate for us. We loved every minute and my granddaughter keeps asking when we can go back to our holiday house! This is a great place for groups and families as there is so much to do for all ages the surrounding area and yet if you just want to put your feet up, sit in the hot tub and admire the view you couldnt get a more perfect setting.
Kristina
The cottage is a spacious well laid out property which is supplied extremely well with all you would need for your holiday. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the house was vey clean and well furnished. The cottage is in a complex of 4 properties and not very private with communal areas and the hot tubs offer very little privacy but the standard of the build and maintenance outside is excellent. The local town does not have a lot to offer in terms of restaurants etc but Llangollen has much more and only a 25 min drive. Lots of lovely places to visit locally. The only real Issue is that the Wifi is extremely temperamental and the mobile phone signal poor given the rural location which as we had teenage children was frustrating but may not be important to other travellers. All in all would highly recommend as a lovely place to stay and explore the local area.
Natasha
Fantastic stay, beautiful location. Julie and Lee were very accommodating
Lovely place in middle of nowhere so very peaceful and stunning views. Hot tub could do with a privacy fence around it as you are very near the next propertys hot tub so not private. Internet not that good and there are no taxi firms willing to pick up. All in all lovely peaceful stay
Kaidian
Julia and Lee were really lovely hosts. They were always ready and willing to help with whatever queries we had. We were left to enjoy the barn and its beautiful surroundings without interruption. The place was very clean. We have to mention how wonderful it was to see the cows and sheep grazing, taking life easy unlike us!
Family holiday with four generations and 'The Barn' was perfect plenty of room, all ensuite and just perfect in every way. Couldn't fault it at all and would highly recommend.
Spent 4 nights at the Barn with my family and it was fabulous. The accomadation is spot on and facilities excellent.Julia the host had left tea coffee milk and eggs for our arrival and she was very pleasant and helpful.Total 5 star experience .
Fabulous property, very spacious & extremely clean. Perfect kitchendiningliving room space for 2 families to socialise & play games. The owner was extremely friendly & helped us when the WiFi went down. Lovely local walks. Due to the narrow roads we drove into the village with the dogs & took footpaths along the river from there. Sheep everywhere in Wales so couldnt let dogs off the lead. We drove to beaches to walk the dogs as you were guaranteed no sheep! Beaches were beautiful. The Welsh weather didnt spoil it!!
We had a brilliant holiday at the barn with the family. Decided early in lockdown that travelling abroad was going to be difficult so my daughters, partners, son and grandkids etc 9 in total decided to book The Barn was exactly as described, if anything even more spacious. The views are amazing out of the main living area and the grassed area makes the property feel even more spacious. This is a shared area and we made full use with badminton, rounders etc. Kids loved it. Bear in mind the neighbours in the other houses have equal right to use this area but did not tend to although we really wouldnt have minded at all. Everyone loved the hot tub, only 4 at a time so we had shifts but that never caused an issue as you could sit by the hot tub and chat to the people in it. Bedrooms are excellent although different sizes and the master is huge... I suggest a sweep for the rooms but share some of the storage space. Free free range eggs on arrival which was a lovely touch. Spa shop is in the village and the farm shop has everything and meat is lovely if you make use of the BbQ which we did. This place feels isolated but its within striking distance of anywhere you would want to go. We had a day trip every other days with cycling and walking mixed in between. This is Wales so weather can be amazing or dreadful. We had all sorts of coats and boots so dress appropriately and you will be fine. Watch out for the 9am check out... we thought it was 11am so ended up leaving late apologies to the owners All in all, thank you to the owners for a wonderful family holiday.
Elizabeth
The cottage was perfect. It has been done so well and is truly beautiful. On a very wet week in Wales there was more than enough room for 6 adults and three children to play, relax and spend quality time together. The view from the property was stunning and we all had such a good week. We are hoping to rebook really soon and the owners were fab and very helpful.
Melanie
A really enjoyable stay. Ideal for a family get together.
Excellent accommodation for a family with lots of room for the children not to feel restricted. The cottage is finished to a very high standard & has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the local fresh eggs! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this cottage.

These cottages are amazing we were able to hire all 4 cottages for a great family and friends get together to celebrate a 40th birthday, they were spotless, comfy, everything needed to cook a meal, pots, pans, utentils crockery just plenty of everything just fantastic
Kieran
Pictures were a little deceiving of the overall property. 3 other cottages in the same area one directly connected to the barn. Was a little worried about disturbing the neighbours if we was loud at night. Some rooms on the small side. Could have supplied some home comforts like tea coffee sugar. Overall a lovely place
We had a lovely time staying at The Barn. The property is beautiful and the attention to detail outstanding! Very clean and tidy hot tub and ensuites in every room which was a bonus! The location is quite remote, which suited us as we wanted a quiet week, there is a small town about half an hours walk away but there isnt much there just a pub and a Spar. Although there is bigger towns and plenty to do if you are happy to drive which we were, the roads are extremely narrow so Im not sure Id fancy visiting at busy periods that said I still would! Would thoroughly recommend!
Absolutely amazing , will definitely come back in the future
Sheila
The only drawback was the narrow lane to the village and local shop was quite precarious to walk as we had young children with us, and it was only one car wide. Although I appreciate this was not something that could be helped.
Superb host. Made us so welcome and was available throughout our stay. The views are spectacular. The units are excellently furnished and equipped, and are absolutely spotlessly clean. We booked all 4 cottages for the week following our daughters wedding. It was the perfect place to continue our celebrations. I would definitely come again.
