About Buttercup

Buttercup is a distinctive, single-storey glamping safari tent located near the beautiful countryside of St Buryan, Cornwall, and close to the beach. This quirky retreat near the Cornish coast is ideal for families and groups of friends.

It has a fire pit, hot tub, and barbecue plus welcomes two four-legged companions for a truly restful stay. Three pleasant bedrooms, two doubles and a twin wait for you inside, ready to welcome you after an exciting day of exploration.

After spending a day at the beach, wash off the sand in the slick shower room. The open-plan living space is the focal point of the home, where you can spend time with your loved ones.

The dining area has seating for all guests, making it the ideal place to enjoy home-cooked meals. The kitchen is fully furnished to meet all your culinary needs.

The seating area provides an inviting spot to relax and cuddle up with your loved ones. Head to the shared games room with other properties on the site for some indoor fun.

You can challenge your friends to a game of pool or table football (50p per game) or enjoy a unique entertainment experience in the shared cinema room. Outside you can use the barbecue to create a culinary storm, unwind on the deck, or soak in the wood-fired hot tub.

In addition, garden furniture, a hammock and a gas 2-ring stove are provided —all ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining. The kids will spend hours playing in the children's play area, which has a swing and a climbing frame.

Take a quick stroll during your visit to see the adorable pygmy goats, hens, ponies, and horses. This is a great way for kids and adults to interact with the friendly animals right outside your door.

Land's End - TR19 7AA

Land's End is one of Britain's best loved landmarks with its unique location offering breathtaking scenery and great natural splendour. The site has been developed to offer five family friendly attractions including an exhibition centre currently showing a fantastic Dr Who exhibition - a must for fans of the show. Other attractions include Scull Rock - A 4D film experience and Greeb Farm - A small animal farm which is sure to be a big hit with younger children. Inclusive tickets for all attractions are excellent value with a family of four costing just £25.00
Paradise Park - TR27 4HY

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.

A fantastic attraction with something for everyone.  Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website.  Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001.  The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.
The Rock Gardens, Caves and Nursery - TQ5 9HG

The Rock Gardens Caves and Nursery have an amazing setting in the old Palace Quarry. The gardens offer an abundance of trees, plants and floral displays including a very grand 80ft Elm Tree and a stunning Weeping Ash. The site also offers a large carp pond, a breathtaking illuminated cave and a tea room serving tasty local produce.
