Welcome to Topaz, a stunning four-storey retreat in Dartmouth, Devon. This luxurious cottage sleeps eight guests and offers supreme comfort with its stylish furnishings.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hallway and a convenient utility room with a WC.

Spacious and comfortable. Equipped to a high standard. Parking restricted considering it only has two spaces for a property that sleeps eight. Close to bus stop for links to local towns and villages.

The property is beautifully fitted out and fabulous views to the sea from the bedrooms. The lovely welcome pack was much appreciated. Blackpool sands was a great beach although shingle was a challenge for little feet. The baby equipment provided included two stair gates, high chair and travel cot which was fabulous.

A beautiful house in a good location, handy for Dartmouth. Everything you could ever need was supplied. Very spacious for the seven of us and two dogs. Lovely secure garden with ample seating and hot tub etc. Highly recommend.

Great property, very modern and finished to an incredibly high standard. Lots of thought has gone into leaving little things there (such as cooking oil, dishwasher tablets etc) which means you can just get on with enjoying the break rather than lots of trips to the shops !

Loved the stay! We had a family holiday here and we all commented on how amazing the place was. All bedrooms were very spacious with lots of toilets/bathrooms. Views were incredible, hot tub on for the whole duration of our stay, had everything we needed. Gorgeous coastal walks east and west of the village and 10 taxis into Dartmouth. We were sharing with friends who, like us, had children under 5. We had two families in the property and never felt cramped. We liked the location, as our little ones don't like walking very far it meant we were close enough to drive to all places, such as Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth. The property was very well maintained and had everything we Read moreneeded. Would definitely recommend and the value for money was good. Very clean, good sized bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. We also ate outside which did work well for us. As did the hot tub! Hide

Lovely modern property. Very well equipped. Nice walks locally, would particularly recommend walking into Dartmouth, maybe check out the bus times to get back. Plus nice walks through the village to Blackpool Sands.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Topaz. The property was in a lovely location and a great base to visit Dartmouth and other surrounding towns/villages. The house itself was beautiful, with spacious and stylish rooms, lovely garden and great kitchen full of amenities. Will definitely return!

If you are looking for a fun family day out with a difference then a visit to the Hedgehog Hospital is a great choice. While visiting the hospital children can learn about these shy wild animals and the dangers they face in the wild as well as how we can help them. The farm is a halfway house for sick hedgehogs and children can meet some of the animals that are almost ready to go back to the wild. The farm also has a gift shop, a coffee shop and a wildlife garden as well as a pet's area with Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.

River Dart Country Park has over 90 acres of woods offering stunning scenic walks, beautiful lakes and open parkland. The park also has a good range of facilities for children including Jungle Ropes, Climbing Frames, Cargo Nets and a wooden Pirate Ship.
