Lovely stay beautiful home would come back in a heart beat!
An amazing property with lovely furnishings and amenities. The property has ample rooms and space for everyone to sit and chill out. The hot tub is a great bonus and loved by everyone. The house has lovely views to the sea from the front. Its in a lovely rural area, so peaceful and quiet. The owners are very quick to help out with anything if needed.
Our second time as a family at Arosfa and this time was just as good as the first. All the indoor and outdoor facilities you could realistically want as a multigenerational family and the house itself is ideally located to explore the North Wales coast. Would definitely consider going again.
The house was beautiful it was so roomy a great place for large gathings. It was, a family celebration all 6 grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and the games room. My sons and daughter in laws had great fun in the hot tub as well. The kitchen was well equipped the down side was the road getting there but my son did speak to the owner as his car was very low but other than that we had a fantastic time
Christine
We all enjoyed a week's holiday in Wales, Arosfa is a beautiful cosy home set in a picturesque part of North Wales with lots of interesting places to visit, the pool table and table tennis were an added bonus on wet days, the garden was well kept and private, if l had to mention a tiny fault it would be the short driveway to the house had a good few pot holes that had to be avoided, but then again the driveway was shared with other home owners.
Had a fantastic stay here only issue for us my elderly mum came with us ground ... Had a fantastic stay here only issue for us my elderly mum came with us ground floor bedroom there were a couple of steps but we managed however no grab rail in bathroom so she couldnt get herself off the toilet I am aware the house doesnt advertise as disabled friendly but just a heads up it didnt take away from the fantastic time we had here
AROSFA was an excellent choice for our annual family get together . 8 adults 3 young children and a dog. The spacious and versatile accommodation was ideal for all generations. The facilities for cooking washing etc were ideal. A great time was had by all. Thoroughly recommend !!
Deborah
An absolutely stunning house, with every single thing catered for. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Arosfa for my Dads 60th. The property was in a beautiful location and the facilities were fantastic! Couldn't have asked for anything more! The owners were always on hand to help and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!
Great property, extremely well equipped and everything as listed. All the rooms are comfy and was a great place to stay. Tonnes of parking too and the garden was great as was the hot tub! Highly recommended.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay the property was amazing! Layout, facilities and comfort were all excellent. The property was easy to find and had ample parking. Communication from the owner and property manager was excellent. Highly recommended!
Just had a lovely stay here. . apart from the weather which was out of there hands it was absolutely perfect kitchen great and really well equipped wanted for nothing. Dining table took all 17 of us easily.Games room superband the cosy front living room with a view is unforgettable. All the bedrooms and bathrooms and so nicely done. The house is big enough to get lost and have quiet moments away from noisier members of the family whenif required . The garden is lovely, child and pet friendly. And the owners are very quick, helpful & accommodating answering all my questions before arrival. Would certainly recommend and would love to revisit.
Claire
Stunning cottage in a beautiful location. The pictures really dont do it justice. Its so tastefully furnished and even had little touches around Halloween as we were there at the end of Oct. Great for walks and going to the beaches and so much to do in the cottage with a games room and an open plan kitchen diner for games nights. We had a wonderful time there
We had a fantastic week at Arosfa in June. Everyone loved the games room !!!! The kitchen had plenty of equipment for a large group of people. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We had no complaints of how comfortable the bed's were
Rachael
This house is absolutely great for a large gathering, the set up allows for a central point for everyone to eat and spend time together in the open plan kitchen and dining area, with plenty of space to retreat to if you need time to yourself. Ample off road parking. Bedrooms all comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The front rooms enjoy a lovely view of the sea. The trampoline, climbing frame and games room were a hit with the kids while the adults enjoyed hot tub time and a glass of wine around the fire pit of an evening. Lots of fun day trips within 30 min drive eg Conwy, Prestatyn, Talacre beach. The owner is friendly and communicative. Fab time had by all, thank you!

Arosfa Lodge proved to be an excellent choice for accommodating our large family group comprising ages from 2 to 70. The games room and outdoor play facilities were, in particular, a huge hit. Future guests should perhaps be mindful that the two bedrooms in the attic have restricted headroom with sloping ceilings and a steep staircase not really suitable for the very tall, very young or those with limited mobility, especially since their nearest bathroom is on the floor below.
Fantastic stay here the owners had thought about everything that a large group might need and the house was fully equipped and comfortable. The games room and hot tub were a huge hit. Beautiful house in a nice area. All guests said that they'd happily come back every year for the family trip. Thank you!
Robert
Lovely place to stay. As per previous review, there isnt a gym. There is a great playroom and an outside play area. The bin needed batteries we didnt get round to it. You offered only one high chair so we brought another. Selling yourself short there were two available. We bought a mattress for the cot not very comfortable otherwise. Why not include a picture of the seaside view it is lovely. I understand the need for all the warning signs with subsequent charges but it does lower the tone somewhat. Yes it is a lot of money but it is an amazing place to bring all the family together. Thank you.
What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting, the owners were friendly and did ... What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting, the owners were friendly and did there best to get things right, we had the most amazing time thank you As a suggestion the main bedroom down stair mattress could do with a update, the bifold doors couldn't open i know you tried to get this fixed on our visit but they were unable to, also BBQ there wasn't any gas and it definitely hadn't been cleaned prior to our visit but we managed with the very well stocked kitchen and appliances
Barbara
Beautiful house, lovely view, garden well maintained. The house was extremely well equipped, the children loved the games room, and hot tub.
We had a wonderful time, the owner and manager gave great communication and you can tell no expense has been spared at the property, it has everything you need for a family weekend and the hot tub was fantastic we would love to return.
We had the best time in the cottage. The cottage was even better than the pictures show I would recommend this to everyone. The snow was an added bonus
Amanda

Joanne
As 3 generations of family for a preChristmas get together, the house was just perfect. Loved how we basically had our own wings of the house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on one side, and 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms the other side. The house was huge but so warm and comfortable. We were lucky enough to have snow for a few days which made it even more magical. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend
Amanda
STUNNING HOUSE WE LOVED OUR STAY WE WILL HOPEFULLY BE BACK SOON
What a cracking place for a large family holiday! There were ten of us six adults, three children, one baby and two dogs and there were plenty of rooms to choose from which meant we easily found a layout that worked for all of us. The location is great and at the end of the day we used the hot tub andor games room to unwind. We had a problem with the coffee maker there was a part missing and no sooner than we had reported it a whole new machine was delivered. Faultless service. It's worth noting that access to two of the rooms, one twin and 1 double in the roof is via a narrow landing which may not be suitable for everyone.
Jacqueline
Amazing stay and loads of room for 10 adults, 2 toddlers, a baby and a dog. It was decorated beautifully, games room was a real hit with us all and so was the hot tub. Brilliant location to go off in the day and explore the local area! The local pub serves gorgeous food!! A few things not working in the property, such as the coffee machine, and a gym was advertised but not actually there. Other than a few minor things, the stay was absolutely amazing!!
Matthew
Great property for Family gatherings. Hot tub dirty Not the best area to stay in Wales No Gym at property Owner rudely tried to charge us for damage which was present before we arrived. Charges where dropped when we made our case with Sykes Cottages who where great. BE CAREFUL. Would recommend a quick walk through of house on arrival and report any present damage to owner.
Amazing house everything was perfect we had a great time! ! There was 16 of us and we had ample room, the house is gorgeous and the pictures dont do it justice! Would definitely recommend!
Hannah
An amazing house! Amazing view! Amazing outdoor area. We had such a good time everyone loved it! We will definitely be booking again!
An excellent venue for a larger family holiday
This cottage is incredible and I can't recommend it enough! The photos really don't do it justice! We stayed there as a family of 12 aged between 4 and 69 with plenty of room to celebrate a 70th birthday, which was fantastic. The bedrooms are beautifully situated with luxury decorfurnishings boutique hotel standard! and all are a fabulous sizes, with stunning views. The 2 bedrooms in the annex have lower ceilings and the stairs aren't great for anyone who has mobility problems, but there are plenty of other bedroom options to suit everyone! Hot tub was a great addition and enjoyed by all as was the games room complete with pool table, gaming seat, TV, punch bag and table tennis table. The snug was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed the log burner for the colder nights. A perfect location 8mins drive to the beach and 2mins to the Spar shop, which was stocked incredibly well.
The property is gorgeous, with amazing view of the coast line. It is well equipped for a large family booking with excellent facilities, the only downside is the hot tub is too little.
