The Cottage met our requirements and we had an enjoyable experience. Nice views and plenty of wildlife, birds, pheasants rabbits, including horsepony who were resident in the field overlooking the property. Property close to town centre of Mold and plenty of supermarkets and shops to obtain basic food. Local eateries nearby if you want to eat out, pubs, Indian and garden centre with good cafe. Owners very accommodating if any queries or issues.

Loved the place and will defiantly be coming back, the hot tub was amazing and relaxing.
Primrose cottage was perfect for our 4 nights away. Perfect in every way Ideal location to travel in to Chester with ease, visit Llandudno and surrounding areas. Hot tub is great brilliant little welcome hamper on arrival which was a nice touch. Will be booking again Im sure!
The property was well presented and had everything you need for a short break away. My only gripe would be that I had to sleep on the bed that is upto the wall as the bedroom wasn't big enough to walk around the bed on both sides. Very nice and peaceful place to stay and we will be coming back in the future. Scott and Helen

We had an absolutely gorgeous honeymoon week at Primrose Cottage! Such a quiet and cosy place to stay. A very comfortable bed so we slept well. It feels private and secluded even though youre only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants you need. We were fortunate to have warm sunny weather most of the time but this place would be great to stay at any time of the year. We loved the hot tub and made sure to make the most of it by using it every day, it was even amazing when there was a storm as its under cover! We loved our neighbours the three horses in the field next to the cottage and made great friends with them, It was lovely watching the horses, birds and bunnies every day! Wed love to come back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime in the future. It was so relaxing just what we wanted & the gift hamper was greatly appreciated. Thanks Linda & Ray.
Primrose Cottage was absolutely beautiful. The owners Pauline and Graham have made it so welcoming with a wonderful hamper of goodies to enjoy and lots of homely little touches. The cottage was spotless and had lots of thoughtful additions such as fluffly towels and slippers for outside when using the hot tub. The views from the garden are lovely we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay and will definitely be back again soon.
Absolutely wonderful cosy cottage, very secluded and private but close by to everything you could need. Hot tub is tucked away so feels private, with a view of the horsey neighbours. Provide everything you need, including for cooking which we did a lot ofkitchen knives could do with a sharpen. Bed was very comfy. Lots of lovely walks in the local area and plenty of shops restaurants etc. Welcome basket was a really lovely touch as we're slippers for hot tub. We had an issue with the patio door and the owner popped over very quickly and sorted it for us. We hope to be back soon!!!
A perfect, property for two and a super comfy bed. The owners have put a lot of thought into the property, including the information pack and gift hamper. Milk in the fridge and the tea and coffee provided were a lovely bonus after a long drive. Loved the hot tub and the view. Close to local amenities and some lovely walks a short drive away. We had some dry days which were a bonus for this time of year, It felt very homely so much so I watered the planters on the fence and the pot out front. I would recommend this property for a lovely relaxed break for two.
Carsten
The cottage was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and perfect for a couple just looking to unwind. The driveway leads up to a gravel parking space that is big enough for a couple of cars easily. Upon arrival, the cottage was immaculate and there were so many thoughtful gestures that we have not always experienced in other hot tub cottages. They had provided lots of clean towels, never used slippers, hand soaps, cleaning spray and kitchen towel, salt and pepper and cooking spray and milk in the fridge. There was a beautiful complementary basket with cake, crisps, jam, prosecco and chocolate Easter eggs that just made everything feel extra special. The hot tub was perfect with such beautiful surroundings and gorgeous horses and a pony and little rabbits running around. We were not blessed with the best weather but the shelter over the hot tub made it useable no matter whether it rained or blew a gale. Absolutely lovely. All shops, pubs etc were within walking distance if you didn't fancy driving all the time. There are lots of scenic places to visit too in the near vicinity.
Georgia
Primrose cottage was a lovely retreat with a private hot tub, beautiful scenery and all the amenities needed. It was a very good location close to Chester zoo, Chester and Cheshire oaks. Mold was a short walk but also a short drive to tescos and other shops. Some things to consider Tv in bedroom on a wall Frosted film cover on front door window for extra privacy due to upside down layout For guests that stay for a week or more a bigger outside black bin for general waste we struggled to fit all our waste and to close the bin.
Stephen
My wife and I had a lovely few days stay at this beautiful cottage. Great location lovely setting horses we're a bonus. Nice little touch on our arrival with a basket of goodies. Hot tub was a godsend after couple of days walking. Highly recommend this cottage high standard of cleanliness and was like home from home. Thank you we will be back Ste and Linda
Had a magical midweek break. The cottage is awesome. The hot tub is just the best. The hamper on arrival was perfect. The location is great for visiting parts of North Wales. We would recommend this cottage to anyone. We will definitely be back in the future.
We had a lovely few days at Primrose Cottage. Its just perfect for 2 with a well equipped kitchen and has everything you need. Lovely and clean all through. The welcome hamper is a lovely idea and towels and slippers for the hot tub are provided which is a thoughtful touch. Lovely comfy bed and sofa too for tv watching as the weather wasnt great. Must mention how good the shower is too. Loved the hot tub! Especially as its under cover so weather isnt an issue and its very private. Would definitely book again.
Shannon
Had the best time at Primrose Cottage! We received a welcome hamper on arrival which was lovely as we didn't get there until late. It was spotless, towels and slippers were provided and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was set up ready for use and was immaculate. It's in the best location, with friendly horses in the field in the back. We cannot wait to come back!
Amazing stay. Will be booking again most likely. We cannot fault it enough , welcome basket on arrival was a really really nice touch. It was clean and very very lovely and the right size for me and my partner. The hot tub was amazing and we will miss it very much. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very warm. Amazing little stay! 5 stars
The shower was blocked back working in the hour
