This a lovely little holiday stay. Was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was an added bonus. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Good central spot for traveling to other places for days out. The priory and grounds are spectacular. Located on a busy road in the centre of town .

The property is lovely and homely. We often book this kind of break for ourselves and our 4 legged friend and normally spend most days out. Here we felt very comfortable and enjoyed some well needed rest days in the property too without feeling it was just a base. The property is well cared for and lovingly looked after we would recommend staying here for a nice relaxing break Lots of places to visit on the doorstep and shops restaurants etc easy to access within a few minutes walk. Only had one slight issue with parking permit which wasn't the owners fault and a quick call sorted that out fast and easily which was perfect top Amazing place can't wait to go back

This is a lovely property in the heart of Guisborough. Everything in the property is to a high standard and lovely and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we loved the hot tub. You are a few minute walk to the centre of Guisborough were you will find plenty of pubs and eateries. We visited Saltburn by the sea and Staithes. I would certainly recommend this property it is home away from home.
The house was ideally situated for visiting Whitby, Saltburn, Redcar and Staithes. Also a great location near to shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Although the house was nice and well equipped, the floors were covered in dog hairs upstairs and downstairs. The decking was also covered in dog hair. We had to vacuum everywhere. Due to this we were reluctant to use the hot tub as we were concerned about how often it is cleaned.
Sofa needs cushions bit soft on yer back coat rack but all in all nice house bit snuck very to all facilities you need mirror on hot tube ? ?
Fantastic home from home. Great location for walks from the doorstep or further afield and Saltburn beach is great for dogs and only a short drive away. Well kitted out and clean home, wanted for nothing and the hot tub was a bonus after long walks. Nice shaded grassy area opposite the front door for taking the dog for a toilet break.
We had a wonderful stay here in this charming house which was very clean and tastefully decorated. The property is located perfectly for exploring nearby seaside towns and countryside, whilst also having many pubs, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance.
Absolutely lovely house in a good location to explore North Yorkshire, dales and surrounding areas. All mod cons and the hot tub is an added bonus. Would highly recommend for couples, families and dogs welcome.
This was an absolutely beautiful property to stay in. ...it had EVERYTHING you need. Perfect location ....i have nothing bad to say...thankyou for a lovely memorable week .
Really lovely house very close to a Morrisons supermarket with other supermarkets nearby. Short walk to the high street with good eateries and a range of shops. Guisborough priory is beautiful. A few more pieces of crockery would be useful so the dishwasher wouldnt need to be used so often but that is an observation rather than a criticism. The house has been decorated with flair and is very cosy and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.
There is no place in the back yard for the dogs to go to the toilet you have to get dress to walk them down the road. No recycling also that only basic tv and no DVD player
Excellent stay at this property. We are already looking forward to recommending it to our friends and family and hoping to rebook next year. Family friendly, excellent location and lovely hot tub! Thank you. Mr and Mrs Palmer

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the hot tub was fantastic we mentioned to the gentleman who we can contact for any issues was the shower needs some attention it was very slow and not very hot so if you can fix it that would be good and the location fantastic right in the middle of the town centre. I would highly recommend this place again.
Superb standard of accommodation, very clever way to maximize the outdoor space with the cosy wood fittings which also house the hot tub. A great place to have a drive out to see the beauty of surrounding areas whilst also being in the centre of Guisborough so able to walk to shops bars. We had a wonderful, relaxing break!
Christine
This is a lovely holiday home to go to go as a family. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming. The hot tub was a nice touch and good way to end the holiday. Plenty of shops near the accommodation. We would recommend this property to other families. Owner Danny came on the first night and we had his mobile if there were any issues. Home from home experience. Regards Christine and Alan.

Flamingo Land - YO60 7EW
about 24 Miles
Situated in Malton in North Yorkshire this has to be one of our favourite family days out.  It's a theme park and zoo all in one stretching over a massive 400 acres. With thrilling rides for the very daring like Cliff Hanger, Corkscrew and Kumali, there are also more gentle rides for the little ones such as Frog Hopper and Helitoys.  Family fun attractions include the 4D cinema, the lost river ride and the Little Monsters Den of Mischief. Check out their website for seasonal events which take place throughout the year and you can also gain more information about the zoo.  Flamingo Land is a resort as well as a theme park so you can also book accommodation there.
The Grainary Wildlife Farm - YO25 3HS

Located in Harwood Dale Village, North Yorkshire we think this attraction makes a superb family day out and couples will also enjoy the nature walks in the area.  There are 6 nature walks in total surrounding the farm so walkers and lovers of the outdoors will be in their element. Some of our favourite walks include the Spring Flowers, Pond and Village walk which takes around 35 minutes, and the Meadow and Trees walk which takes one hour.
Yorkshire Lavender - YO60 6PB

Yorkshire Lavender is an amazing award winning attraction offering breathtaking panoramic views of York, a Café, Plant Nursery and Lavender Gardens. The 60 acre site is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is an excellent choice for a day trip. The onsite shops sells Lavender products such as bath and body treats, skincare, medicine and herbal remedies.
Big Sheep - EX39 5AP

This is a recommended day out for families with young children visiting the Bedale area of Yorkshire.  Visit the farm and receive a warm welcome as well as a guided tour.  You will have the chance to bottle feed the lambs, bath a pig and handle some of the smaller animals.  Kids will love the big sandpit and the outdoor play area. There is also a cafe and indoor play area for when the weather is not on your side.
Castle Howard - YO60 7DA
about 29 Miles
Castle Howard is one of the regions most beautiful and historic landmarks and is located in 1,000 acres of parkland with breathtaking gardens to explore. As well as exploring the castle visitors can enjoy attractios including the unique Land Train - the best way to see the entire park. There is also a large lake offering boat trips during the summer months. In high season the site is very popular with families and offers organised activities for children including tours, talks, crafting and animal encounters. The site also has a Nature Trail which is fun for the whole family and an Adventure Playground where children can run off some energy.
