What a holiday rental option, fantastic location and unbelievablely well equipped, I cooked everyday and had everything I needed, including spices and herbs I had forgotten to bring. If u have dogs, even wee ones, the property is totally enclosed, quite literally left a door open so they had total freedom during our stay. We had a lovely stay here as a couple with our 3yo border collie. Location is fantastic, the bed was so comfy, the cottage was well-quipped for everything you might need (the internet connection is great too) and we arrived to some delicious gifts in the kitchen. :) The garden in particular is just beautiful. It has a couple of areas for outdoor di ning and its secure enough to let our very curious dog play whilst we relaxed in the hot tub-we were in every day at some point enjoying the view!

Rosie and Robbie literally made sure we had everything we needed. The Christmas decorations were lovely too really made it a festive stay ! We had a wonderful cosy week in St Andrews before Christmas with our 6 month old son and dog. The house was decorated for Christmas with outdoor lights and a tree which was a lovely surprise. The cottage has everything you need, the location is a five minute drive from St Andrews, but far enough up the road to make it feel secluded - soak in the hot tub, take in the views and enjoy the peace and quiet. Beautiful cottage with amazing views over the Fife coast. Cottage would suit a couple or small family. Outdoor deck with multiple seating options and hittub are it's biggest attractions. Garden fully secure for most dogs but breeds that are very small or high jumpers may find a way out so caution needed. House was well appointed and has everything we needs for a lovely two week stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our break and hope to return.

Fantastic holiday - cottage was well situated with great views and easy travel to St Andrews town centre. There is a Morrisons, Aldi's and M & S food store 5 minutes away by car and also a local bus passes at the end of the driveway. Mr & Mrs Stevens (owners) are very helpful and friendly. This is such a lovely retreat and very close to St. Andrews with close access by car to local shops (5 mins) for your essentials. We travelled as 2 x couples and 2 dogs. The garden is fully enclosed with great outdoor seating and a lovely hot tub. Our weather was fantastic for September and only on the day of leaving did it rain so we were very luc ky. We managed to drive to our nearby towns which are all lovely especially Crail! Would thoroughly recommend and hopefully return.

Smoo Cave is a popular attraction which can be enjoyed all year round but visitors should wrap up warm during the winter months. This spectacular limestone sea-cave in Sutherland is the largest in Britain and is simply spectacular. The cave was formed by a burn that runs down into the rear chamber, as well as erosion caused by the sea. Guests can take the path from the car park which runs right through the cave. Boat trips are available in the summer months and are an excellent way to fully appreciate the cave from all angles.

So much more than a garden centre this place is ideal for a fun family day out in Angus. The garden centre stocks a huge range of plants, outdoor furniture and gardening equipment and also has a café serving tasty home made meals, cakes and snacks. The site has a large outdoor play area for children an ornamental pond and country park to explore. Halloween and Bonfire night's events are coming up soon. The annual Fireworks Display is really spectacular.
