The cottage is in a great location. Very quite but all local towns very accessible. Loved the fenced off garden for our dog to roam in. Decor was lovely and well thought out. You can tell that items of furniture were purchased for style element and not just functionality. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Loved the hot tub with the sparkly lights on the ceiling.
Rachel

Over the past few years we have stayed in many lodges and this one was by far the best. The lodge had amazing views, perfect peaceful location and everything about the accommodation was completed to the highest standard. The owners were extremely helpful and completely non intrusive and gave us a great insight into the area we were staying in. We j ust wish we could take this amazing lodge and its views everywhere we go! We will certainly return in the near future.

This lodge is stunning.. honest I would move in if I could lol the location is so peaceful yet just a 5min drive into the town of Anstruther and 10/15mins to St Andrews. The completely enclosed garden was great for our dog who could freely wander. I have had so many people ask about this property after seeing it on my socials and we will definitely be looking to rebook!
Alex

Samantha

Smoo Cave - IV27 4QB
about 25 Miles
Smoo Cave is a popular attraction which can be enjoyed all year round but visitors should wrap up warm during the winter months.  This spectacular limestone sea-cave in Sutherland is the largest in Britain and is simply spectacular. The cave was formed by a burn that runs down into the rear chamber, as well as erosion caused by the sea. Guests can take the path from the car park which runs right through the cave. Boat trips are available in the summer months and are an excellent way to fully appreciate the cave from all angles.
