We had a fabulous stay at the lodge, everything that we could possibly have needed was there. It was extremely peaceful, surrounded by a beautiful farm and wildlife. We wouldnt hesitate to book again.
Danielle

Steven
We have just had a week in the Turnstone. The location of the lodge is spot on. Very peaceful and a great base . We have had quite a few lodge holidays but this lodge is by far the best. Very roomy, very clean, very well equipped. We even said we could live there permanently! Met the owner and her little dog, and two naughty lambs!!!! Very friendly . There are no negatives at all. We are thinking of booking a week next May but need to think about the price increase first. Thanks for a brilliant week
Bernadette

Smoo Cave - IV27 4QB
about 25 Miles
Smoo Cave is a popular attraction which can be enjoyed all year round but visitors should wrap up warm during the winter months.  This spectacular limestone sea-cave in Sutherland is the largest in Britain and is simply spectacular. The cave was formed by a burn that runs down into the rear chamber, as well as erosion caused by the sea. Guests can take the path from the car park which runs right through the cave. Boat trips are available in the summer months and are an excellent way to fully appreciate the cave from all angles.
