All the fittings and fixtures are modern, tasteful and luxurious. Instruction manual is very detailed to help you use everything properly. Beds are large and comfy. A short walk from the Main Street for restaurants, bars and shops. Some nice little extras such as chocolates, coffee and a cake left for you to sample. We paid a bit more than we usual ly would for a short break but it was worth it.

Fantastic house. The location is perfect, just on the edge of town so close to all amenities but overlooking the park and loch so feels quite open and country. The "upside-down "style makes for great views. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a walk. Kitchen well equipped and a lovely welcome basket.

Excellent accommodation having been recently refurbished. Had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was appreciated, particularly the cake!! Soaking in the hot tub after being out for the day was very enjoyable and relaxing. It was nice to sit on the veranda and look out over the park and loch. The property is in a quiet location but also very handy for the shops. I can recommend Mr Pooks for fine dining and Carlos Italian restaurant was brilliant.

The levels of comfort and equipment of this property were outstanding. We were totally impressed with the care and expense that has gone in to preparing this property for renting. Cleanliness was faultless. The location was perfect with the town just a few moments away on foot and there was easy access by car to the rest of the area. The outlook fr om the living area over the park to the loch was a pleasure and the hot tub was a bonus. We also liked the thoughtful welcome pack.
