The accommodation was first-class, very modern, neat and tidy. It was in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and pubs which were within 5 minutes of the property. We booked primarily for the location and hot tub which didn't disappoint and which we used often. We were able to drive to many places of interest easily from this location. All the fittings and fixtures are modern, tasteful and luxurious. Instruction manual is very detailed to help you use everything properly. Beds are large and comfy. A short walk from the Main Street for restaurants, bars and shops. Some nice little extras such as chocolates, coffee and a cake left for you to sample. We paid a bit more than we usual ly would for a short break but it was worth it.

Excellent accommodation having been recently refurbished. Had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was appreciated, particularly the cake!! Soaking in the hot tub after being out for the day was very enjoyable and relaxing. It was nice to sit on the veranda and look out over the park and loch. The property is in a quiet location but also very handy for the shops. I can recommend Mr Pooks for fine dining and Carlos Italian restaurant was brilliant.

These treasure hunts are great fun for the whole family and are an entertaining way to explore a new town or village. Children will enjoy solving the clues whilst learning about the history of the area. The walking trail is suitable for wheelchair users and those with pushchairs so no one is left out of the fun.

Mabie Farm Park is a firm favourite. Ideal for families with younger children ,this family oriented farm park has lots of animals to meet and also offers Donkey Rides, Paddle Boats and Slides as well as Trampolines and Bouncy Castles. Kids can run around on the Soft Play Area while mum and dad relax in the Tea Room. There is also a Farm Shop onsite selling toys, gifts and fresh local produce including cakes and jams. Seasonal activities can also be enjoyed including a spookly tea and walk on Haloween. The Farm closes for the winter on October 31st.
