Lovely property , very nice garden . Small problem with bed linen which was very quickly sorted. Railway station an easy walk which made it a good location for going to Rye Hastings etc, good bus service too.

We stayed at this holiday home recently and honestly, it was a great experience. The place was spotless when we arrived, which was a relief. The layout is really spacious, so everyone had enough room to chill out comfortably. The bedrooms stood out, super cosy and inviting - perfect for a good sleep after a long day. We appreciated how well-maintained everything was. Overall, a lovely place to stayand we’d definitely come back again!
Emily
Don't worry about the location next to the main road; we hardly noticed the traffic, just the occasional motorbike. The house was absolutely lovely, with a stunning garden and everything we needed for a relaxing break. We loved the little welcome gifts, super comfy bedsand the Nespresso machine was a bonus. Our dog enjoyed the space too, just watch out for gaps under the fence if you have small pups. We even saw a fox in the garden one evening! Overall, a fantastic stay, we’d definitely come back!

The house and garden were lovelyand the hot tub was a real highlight - super straightforward to operate. Sadly, the dishwasher was out of action during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown.
Claire
We had a lovely stay! The house is stunning and really well stocked, perfect for a big family. The place was spotless, which we appreciated. A small heads up if you’re bringing a tiny dog - the garden isn’t fully enclosed behind bushes, so ours managed to slip out into a neighbour’s garden, but luckily they were home and quick to help. The garage wasn’t accessible, but roadside parking was no trouble. Hosts responded swiftly too. Would definitely recommend!
Emily
We had a fantastic time with the family, including our 6-month-old and dog. Everything we needed was thereand the beds were super comfy! The garden’s gorgeousand it’s pretty close to the beach-just a bit of a hill walk back, which isn’t a problem at all.
James
Really enjoyed the lovely garden and cosy atmosphere.

The house was perfect for our group of 8, including 2 dogs. It’s super spacious, spotlessand well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The hot tub was a real highlight for everyone to unwind!
James
We stayed here recently and had a pretty good time, despite the gloomy weather. The house itself is roomy and comfy, plus the garden's nice and large. The barbecue was a bit useless since there were no logsand we couldn’t really enjoy the hot tub. There are plenty of shops nearby and loads to see in the area - all in all, a decent place!
Emma
We had an amazing long weekend at Belle Hill! The house is so charming and super comfy, plus it’s well-stocked with everything we needed. Our dog loved the big gardenand the view from the log hot tub at sunset was just stunning. We used the kitchen every day and managed to fit ten of us in for my husband’s birthday lunch. Parking was a bit tricky for extra carsand we didn’t notice the signs - got a ticket(!). Definitely planning to come back and explore more next time!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house felt warm and inviting, more like a proper home than a typical holiday place. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were super comfyand there were plenty of cosy spots to relax. The owner was really helpful too. We’d definitely come back!

We really appreciated the spaciousness of the house and the quality of the amenities. The bedrooms are hugeand the beds are super comfy. We’d definitely return, maybe in summer, to enjoy the massive garden. Parking was a bit tight - only one spot in the garage - but there’s plenty of space on the road nearby. Overall, a lovely stay!
