We had such a lovely stay! The cottage is in a stunning spot right on the beach, with gorgeous sea views each morning. Everything inside was comfy and well-equipped, plus the little extras like the hot tub and swim pool made it even better. Having a nearby pub and easy access to food deliveries was handy. Cooden Seascape is a fantastic place, right on the beach and perfect for a family getaway. We visited in Novemberand even though the weather was gloomy and rainy, the indoor pool and hot tub kept us entertained. Our dogs loved the walks along the shore, despite the weather! We did struggle a bit with the heating controls at first, but Vanessa was quick to help. This was our second visitand we’re already planning to return again soon. Lovely spot!

The property is situated in a lovely spot with beautiful views of the surrounding area and private access to the beach. The pool, etc was a special feature completing the holiday experience offering something for everyone. We all went for frequent walks taking in the beach and surrounding area each day of our holiday which we were lucky enough to s pend in a week of summer weather.

We had a fantastic week in this lovely, well equipped, comfortable home. The hot tub and garden were great, right by the beach. The locals and dog walkers were really friendly. We’ll definitely be back later in the year for sure!
James
This beautiful, modern sea view cottage is just perfect right on the beach. The hot tub and heated exercise pool lead straight out to the patio. There’s loads of garden furniture, a good TV, wifi, games and plenty of books. It’s so beautifully quiet, you can just hear the waves lapping on the shore. Honestly, in 25 years of UK cottage holidays, it’s one of the absolute best experiences we’ve had!
Laura
This property was absolutely wonderful! There was lots of space for the family, both downstairs and upstairs. The views of the sea were beautifuland there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to choose from, depending on where we wanted to spend our moments. The kitchen was really well equippedand the modern oven and hob were great; the dishwasher was a real godsend! It was a lovely touch that they provided equipment like a fishing rod and a huge telescope. We felt very welcomed with the coffee, tea and prosecco on arrival. Great couple if you need any help :)
