We had a fantastic weeks holiday in Dunster . The house was magical and had everything we needed for our stay . The garden was beautiful with amazing birds as well . We lived going out into the deer park at dusk to hear the owls and the sound of the river . We hope to Come back again
Faye
Beautiful old property with plenty to keep all guests happy with games rooms and gym or just sitting in the English country garden. Great location in that you are in Dunster for shops/restaurants and the castle, but also easy to get out on great walks. All the bedrooms are lovely especially the top floor suite. It would have been useful to have ins tructions/tips on how to use the Aga (although there is an alternative cooker) and known in advance that charcoal is needed for the electric bbq.

We had an amazing time at High House. The property is very well equiped and it was perfect for 3 families to use with things to entertain everyone with the hot tub, games room and space for everyone to spread out but also be together. The location was ideal too with a options for evening meals in the village or the ability to eat in which was a gre at mix for us. There were lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.
