Knowle House Reviews

The house is gorgeous in a beautiful setting. Easy to get to. It has a cosy feel, is well looked after, very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is amazing. Would absolutely stay here again, was perfect for our long weekend. Id recommend this place to anyone visiting this area of Devon.

Absolutely stunning property. Amenities are perfect. So much space and feels like a bit of countryside luxury. Hot tub is well maintained and ready to go when we arrived, which was just a lovely touch. Went with a group of friends and was just perfect!
Been on several cottages holidays and this is the best holiday accommodation I have stayed in, very clean and everything you could require in a holiday home. House has some very nice touches like spare snuggle blankets in one of the living rooms which werent required, sideboard with board games in the other. Showers were lovely and no hot or cold issues when they were all being used together, house had all the modcons and storage required, house was also finished to a very high standard. Area around the house was so quiet and picturesque, every morning we had two buzzards flying over the back garden. Only negatives about the stay and these are very petty as the house was so good was that we had problems getting the kettle to boil first time and the black tea towels left black fabric bits when using them to wipe up with.

This is the best holiday rental weve ever stayed in. This house is second to none! In addition to being a stunning location and a beautiful home with plenty of character, it has absolutely every amenity you need. The kitchen had every type of cookery item you could wish for! Everything has been thought of and it feels like no expense has been spared. The landscaping of the garden is so beautiful, we loved spending time outside. The house was clean and little extras such as a tray with biscuits, milk and tea were so thoughtful. We had the most wonderful weekend in absolute luxury. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in the luxury of Knowle House. Everything was of the highest quality and well designed, so it was really lovely to stay in such a wellequipped property. It was located just outside the town, convenient for shopping but also in the country. We would definitely stay again!
A stunning house in a beautiful setting. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail was impeccable. The grounds are well maintained and the house has everything needed. Nothing has been overlooked and no expense has been spared! My only issue is that I felt the house had only had a light clean. Sticky fingers on the sides and down the fridge. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend to friends and family. We will be booking again!
