A great location near to all amenities, off road parking is a real bonus! We stayed at Christmas and we were greeted with a beautifully decorated home, how thoughtful! Cosy, clean, homely, quiet, safe, secure. Hot tub is fab! Daily maintenance by a really friendly person, nice to know! A definite place to revisit! Annette
Nice, clean cottage. Small kitchen but big enough for one person to cook and as it is a period property, there would be little that could be changed. Bathroom small but not an issue. Parking area was a bonus and the cottage is within walking distance for all village amenities.
Caroline
A lovely, comfortable home in a great location. 4 adults and 2 small dogs stayed for a week in Aberaeron. The small pretty town has lots of lovely restaurants, (Y Seler was very good), and a nice harbour. Local dog walk from behind the cottage was nice and the walk to Newquay along the coast was fantastic. Would recommend a beach visit to Penbryn. The Welsh coast was spectacular. Lots of fun relaxing in the hot tub. Very friendly host, helpful and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay.
Annette
The cottage is very central in Aberaeron and has great local amenities & shops. Parking was a bonus. The hot tub is a great asset to the property & was great to chill out in after exploring. The garden is a sun trap . The cottage is beautifully presented.

Susan
Property is in a good position in a lovely town but we wouldn't stay again. A lot of building work around the property very noisy so not relaxing, should be advised of this before you book.
Sue
Myself, two daughters (12 and 10) have had an absolutely super four nights in this beautiful home! As soon as we arrived we felt immediately on holiday and the stress from everyday life disappeared instantly!! So much so, that my Mum and Dad arrived the next day for a couple of nights and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves!! The location was perfec t, shops, restaurants, two pharmacies, vets, the sea, river and lots more was literally and stones throw away! We will definitely be returning!!
Laura
Weve just had the best stay at this property. The owner was so friendly and approachable for any questions we had. The thoughtful welcome pack of essentials like milk and bread were excellent! Hottub was brilliant and well used after a long day exploring. House is in perfect location right next to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Beds are extremely c omfortable. House was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Cant wait to go back to this charming little house! Laura Fitzsimmons
Carl
Ty Cuddfan is situated in a perfect location for exploring Aberaeron itself, and as a base for visiting Aberystwyth, New Quay or Cardigan. The beds are very comfortable (2 doubles and 1 single) able to sleep up to 5 people. The bathroom might be challenging for tall people, but that's not a complaint! The lounge has 2 large sofas, a large TV and DV D. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, off-road parking is a bonus, and the Hot-Tub and Welcome Pack were unexpected delights. Loved it.
Lucy
Lovely, cosy, clean cottage. In a great location. It had everything we needed for our weekend away. The only (slight) negative was that fridge was very small for a cottage that sleeps 5 people.
Jacqui
Lovely cottage in an excellent location
Kevin
This is basically a nice house in a good location but there are two significant drawbacks. The first is the fridge which is far too small, even for two of us, and awkwardly low. The more important drawback is the shower room. Although it's described as having "some height restrictions" it actually has a sloping ceiling and the wall on which the was hbasin and toilet sit is about 145 cm high. The only way I could use the washbasin and mirror was by kneeling down with my feet in the shower tray.
Anne
The cottage had a relaxing atmosphere.

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
