Everything about this property is designed for your comfort, right down to fans in all the bedrooms which most properties dont have, beds so comfortable you never want to leave them and bathrooms you never want to come out of. Cooden Seascape is the perfect property by the sea. The house has everything you could wish for to give comfort and relaxation and wide open views of the coastline and just a step away from the bottom of the garden. It will be top of my list for an escape by the sea in the future.

Cooden Seascape is a lovely large property right on the sea front. Very well stocked with everything for a family holiday. We stayed in November in wet and windy weather, but with an indoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of board games, we had a lovely break. Two dogs as well, who enjoyed walks along the beach (they don't mind the weather !). We didnRead more't quite understand the heating controls - but Vanessa arrived promptly with explanations. Our second stay, and will definitely come again. Hide

Beautiful, modern sea view cottage right on the beach. Hot tub and heated exercise pool lead straight out onto the patio. Garden furniture galore, good tv, wifi, games and books. Beautifully quiet, just hear the waves lapping on the shore. In 25 years of UK cottage holidays, one of the absolute best.
Claire
This property was absolutely wonderful. Lots of space for the family, downstairs and upstairs. Beautiful views of the sea and lots of indoor and outdoor seating depending where you wanted to spend your moments. Really well equipped kitchen with modern oven and hob, dishwasher was a godsend! Lovely touch that equipment such as a fishing rod and a (m assive) telescope were available. Felt very welcomed by the coffee, tea and prosecco upon arrival. Great couple of you need any help :-)

Beautiful location with absolutely stunning views even on a grey day. Accommodation worthy of five stars with great beds and lovely linen. Our party of 8 ranged in age from 19 to 95 and the accommodation fitted perfectly with plenty of space to be separated if wanted but able to be altogether too. Photos on website probably dont do it justice. Supe rb!
Peter
I cannot fault this wonderful property. Everything about it is first class. Well worth paying a bit extra, as we have stayed in some places that promised much but didnt deliver. Already recommended the house to friends and hope to return in March.
Maria
We had a great short break to celebrate our mothers 86th birthday. The house has spectacular sea views and direct access to a lovely shingle beach. The accommodation cant be faulted - very generous room sizes that would allow a large group to spread out. The spa facilities are also amazing and provided a great way to unwind at the end of the day. C ant wait to come back again to this special home.

Trevor
The property is not inexpensive but is superbly equipped and situated at the beach. The family thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would unreservedly recommend it .
Margaret
Fabulous house with steps from the garden directly onto the beach. It is a shingle beach with rocks further out but safe and shallow at high tide, and if the weather is not good, the indoor pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The two en-suite bedrooms are luxurious with a balcony looking out to sea. The Cooden Bay Hotel is a short walk along the be ach for drinks on the terrace or a meal, and there is a handy shop at the train station for groceries. Great location for a beach holiday.
Deborah
We had a truly wonderful week in this beautiful house - just perfect for our extended family. The house was really well equipped with everything we could have wanted and it worked brilliantly for us as a family. The location was amazing - right on a deserted beach with amazing swimming. Truly beautiful! The fabulous pool and jacuzzi were icing on t he cake. All in all, a really amazing idyllic weeks stay in a very special property. We very much hope to return.
Debbie
Absolutely beautiful house in a fantastic location. The pool and hot tub make it even better! The house was very clean and welcoming and everything we could ask for was there including an enclosed garden for the dogs. It was also ok to take the dogs on the beach which was great.
Christopher
A beautiful house in a prime location just enjoy your stay , there is no reason apart from the weather why you wouldnt
Paul
Fabulous location with stunning views, the beach is literally at the bottom of the garden which was so handy with a 2 1/2 year old, we took our son his wife and our granddaughter and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Wonderful accommodation, everything you need is there for a relaxing time, the pool and hot tub are a real asset to relax after a day playing/walking on the beach. We will definitely go back.
