We loved staying here! It's a fantastic base for exploring the Borders and coastline. As astronomers, we appreciated how dark the skies were-perfect for stargazing. We had three clear nights and captured some stunning images of the universe. The location is ideal for small groups of astro-enthusiasts. We also enjoyed trips to Vindolanda, Edinburgh, Lindisfarneand St. Abbs Head-great walks and beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely countryside with plenty of birds and even some hares. Perfect spot for exploring from Lindisfarne to St Abb's Head. We had an ace week with the family, ages 13 to 88.
