We had a lovely holiday at Beacon house. It was clean and tidy and fairly well equipped. My only criticism is the design of the 4 stair gates, which. are a serious trip hazard whilst going up and down the stairs.

A good sized and spacious house that easily handled the eight of us for the week. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils for cooking. The games room was a boon especially with the inclement weather we've just had. The bedrooms were large and comfortable.

Wonderful house, very clean,good location.
Margaret
Our family of 6 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 small children and 1 cockerpoo really enjoyed staying at Beacon House. There were several games of cricket (soft ball and facing away from the greenhouse!) and much laughter. The house is well situated for the Tarka Trail and other walks, as well as the surrounding beaches. However to access the garden you do have to go down through the cellar and watch your head, so we struggled a bit with the pushchair and anyone with mobility issues might have a problem.
Cathryn
Excellent for our weekend, lots of space, plenty to do, very well equipped.

Not very often you get your expectations exceeded!!, have to say this property is amazing !! no other words really.... would 100% recommend a stay here to anyone. Even the dogs loved it! Thank you so much and really appreciate the late departure yesterday. Brilliant!.

This is a great house for a family gathering. The bedrooms are comfortable and good sizes. Having a bathroom per bedroom was a real plus too. The hot tub was ready to use on arrival and a great added bonus - the outdoor lights mean it can be used in the evenings too. Big outdoor space and only a 10 minute walk to a supermarket and not far from town so great location. Advise bringing spare toilet rolls as there is only 1 per bathroom! A lovely place to stay!

I recently stayed at Brecon House Devon. Firstly booking the property off the website was very easy to navigate easy to follow and communication thoughout was 1st class. Payment straight forward too. The property itself was exactly as the website photos showed if not better.. It was very big and full of character an amazing house. Modern but still holding on to its own character.

You will not be disappointed with this beautiful, clean and well appointed luxury home. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. We always worry will there be this or that at properties we vacation in and this one is worry free. There are only a few places I would recommend and this one is excellent. J. Perry. The house was the perfect size for 3 families to share, fully equipped, everything has been well thought out. Cosy sofas for evenings in front of the TV, big garden, games rooms and hot tub to entertain everyone (a pool would have been the icing on the cake) A great location with just a short drive to the beach. Our only tiny criticism would be the master bedroom bed. It was very hard and the pillows a little lumpy but it did not deter from our overall satisfaction with the house.

Beacon house is a wonderful property -great location and suits a large family group with ease. Hot tub and games room very much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen - Tassimo coffee machine with full variety of pods, spice rack, condiments, coffee tea and sugar ( these things are good to know as saves hugely on bringing unnecessary items) Bathrooms a ll high spec.
