We just got back from a week here for our 25th anniversary and honestly, it was perfect. We wanted a quiet place away from the hustle, surrounded by natureand this place really delivered. The private setting was ideal, yet close enough to local amenities if needed. Loved the little touches like home-baked cakes, wineand milk on arrival. The hot tub was a real highlight-so relaxing with great views. Spotlessly clean and lovely woodland walks with our dog. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The scenery was absolutely breathtakingand everything felt so peaceful. Our two dogs loved it too, which was a big plus. The hosts were lovely and gave us plenty of space, but they were always available if we needed a hand. Hopefully, we'll be back again next year!

We had a lovely stay in the Shepherds Hutand the hosts served some really good food. There’s a friendly pub nearby, the Elliot Arms, which is great for dog lovers-just remember to book! The golf club isn’t far and also welcomes dogs, plus plenty of beaches and sights are close by. Nice trip!

We had such a lovely time staying in this charming little hut! From the moment we arrived, there were fresh cakes and wine waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. John and Barbara truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The on-site meal was absolutely deliciousand they even thought of our dogs with treats, towelsand toys. Waking up to the blooming scenery by the stream was just perfect. Would definitely come back!
