Excellent property with everything you need and more. The hot tub was great to relax in, after exploring Devon and Cornwall. Lovely cream tea and flowers on arrival. Great communication with the owner, prior to arrival. The Crealock Arms is less than 10 mins walk and lovely food. The Bell at Monksleigh and The Thatch Inn are only a short drive awayRead more. Both do great food. There are about 12 local takeaways on Just Eat if you want to eat in. Used the BBQ area a few times, very relaxing and quiet Hide

The cottage is beautifully and thoughtfully built, and had everything we could possibly need. The juke box and games room was super fun: the hot tub the best we have ever used. Upon arrival the cleanliness was exceptional and upon departure, we met the owner who was so friendly. The location has so much to offer, great day out at the Milky Way venuRead moree, and another great day at the Water inflatable Park. The pub very close by served excellent food so good we went twice! Cannot fault anything Hide

Very well equipped, maintained and spacious property. Plenty of outdoor space. Easy access to the hot tub of which we made good use. Constant cutting in and out of the boiler overnight made sleeping in one bedroom difficult without earplugs. We would certainly stay again.

A beautiful, well equiped, warm and cosy house with plenty of room to socialise or relax. The location was peaceful with good access to the A39. The hot tub, games room and juke box were really fun and kept us all amused. Would recommend for a great base for exploring Devon by a car, as the local bus is very limited. A local was a pub; The CrealockRead more Arms, was within easy walking distance with a good menu and a choice of ales. The Paramount chinese takeaway in Bideford delivered. Hide

Great holiday let, one of the best we've stayed in and we've stayed in alot. Good quality fixtures & fittings, spotlessly clean and everything catered for. From tea bags to washing up liquid, lots of towels & toilet rolls, a washing machine & dryer. Great garden with bbq, bar & patio area, a small fenced grassed area great for children and of cours e the hot tub. The retro games room was a fun touch. Great cottage and location
MARGARET
A perfect place to stay to discover North Devon. The cottage is wonderful so roomy & comfortable a real home from home experience with every possible need met. Our family age, ranged from 20 to 83 plus an elderly dog and everyone had a wonderful stay. There are TV's in every room including each bedroom and the WiFi connection is fab. The only small issue is the stairs as they would be tricky for people with mobility issues or smaller children as they are wooden curving steps...but ok for us.
Jackie
An amazing property with fabulous facilities inside and outside. The games room and the hot tub were such a treat for all.our family. The house was clean and warm and fresh flowers and scones etc on arrival were a lovely welcoming touch. Not sure it's suitable for toddlers though. Our grandson was 3.5 and he was just about ok. We did have to remind him often not to run down the steep slope from the back garden to the house. You need a car to visit the supermarkets and lovely beaches etc
Christopher
What a wonderful home. It has everything you need. We hardly ever ventured out, as you had everything you needed for a perfect holiday, including a wonderful secluded garden to sit out in and enjoy the sun. We really didnt want to leave and would love to visit again. Would highly recommend Devereuxs for anyone wanting a place to stay in North Devon .
Christopher
Enjoyed our stay at a well laid out holiday cottage.

A beautiful cottage, with everything you could need. Games and dvds provided were fantastic on the rainy days, hot tub is lovely, and we enjoyed the quirky addition of a jukebox. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing home from home in s beautiful , friendly location . The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed . The hot tub was lovely and we appreciated being able to use it on the rainy days . Good location for shopping and beaches just s short distance away .
Angela
Booked for family of 6 and A dog. Excellent week. Cottage is very well equipped. Log burner, juke box and hot tub a big hit with the family. Very clean and lots of homely touches. Cream tea, milk and flowers on arrival which was a lovely touch. Very quiet and we all slept so well. Local pub was not dog friendly for meals so we gave it a miss. There was not a lot within walking distance so we went out every day to explore which suited us fine. Would definitely book again 100%
Amanda
A lovely cottage , everything you need is there , great place for children with the games room ,and hot tub for the adults . Ive never stayed in place that is equipped with everything, so much thought has gone into it.
Trudy
When you feel youre home from home, that say just about everything. Wonderfully equipped, fabulously spacious and truly delightful. Hot tub super, games room a bonus. With 4 adults, 3 children and a baby we never once felt on top of each other. We did eat in 5 nights out of the 7, but found everything we wanted apart from a tin to do our Yorkshire puddings in for our Sunday roast but Asda came to the rescue. It was just perfect for all of us, especially us grandparents. Thank you so much.
