We had an amazing stay at the cottage! The place was stunning and really beautifully decorated, with little touches like feather pillows and handmade soap that made it feel special. The hot tub, pool tableand fudge were great extrasand we enjoyed chatting with the owners-they're lovely. Feeding the donkeys daily was a highlight, so adorable. Watch out for the narrow roads, definitely programme your sat nav via Sheepwash first, but honestly, the peaceful evenings made it all worth it. We’d love to come back!

We recently stayed at the Shippon as a family of four with kids aged 8 and 5and honestly, we had a lovely time. The cottage feels quite special, decorated beautifully with thoughtful little touches that made us feel really spoilt. Everything we needed was providedand the kids especially loved the hot tub, the garden, football pitchand exploring the private woods. Tending to the donkeys, Morris and Stanley, was definitely a highlight. It’s in a quiet rural spot, a bit off the beaten track, but perfectly positioned for exploring in all directions. We’d definitely come back!
