Fantastic property, spacious, comfortable and furnished to a very high standard, everything you need is provided, location is a working farm buts its very quiet and does not intrude in any way, we loved it.

We had a week at the property in August as a party of 10 (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 younger children) and found it superb. The cottage has loads of space, is very well equipped for a large group and is in a lovely location. The owners were very friendly and helpful but didn't intrude in any way on our privacy. We didn't have the best of weather, but the facilities in the property more than compensated!! There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area but do require you to drive.

Horslett Barn is absolutely fabulous. The decor is beautiful and everything is finished to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The cinema room and pool table were a great hit as well as the hot tub which was situated in a lovely spot especially when it started to get dark as they had lights for the trees. We loved s eeing the cattle and tractors go past. The dogs are super friendly too and our dogs loved saying hi through through the fence. Perfect holiday!

Wonderful, cosy and well equipped. some of the comments from our stay this place is fantastic, this is the best kitchen we have stayed in from 2 ovens and a wine chiller to the amount of plates and cutlery no items of kitchen ware was missing. Very comfortable beds, nice curtains great function room and to top it off the best ever log burner and an endless supple of logs how great is that. Its difficult to find any reason not to book this property and the owners are very helpful

Wow, this place was amazing! We shared a family birthday celebration in January so we could all be together in one place and it was a weekend of lovely memories. The games room was lovely and such fun, the layout was perfect as you could all be together but not on top of each other. We loved the residents dogs sneaking round they were adorable. Absolutely loved our stay here! There were 7 of us and a dog in total and there was plenty of space. You will need a car as nearest shop is a spar 10 mins away or Bude is 25 mins drive but the house has everything you could possibly need. The owners were very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely return here for our next family getaway!

This holiday home is fabulous! It has everything you could wish for! The cinema and games room is a fantastic bonus. The house itself is just perfect, we had 7 adults and 1 dog in our group and all were over the moon with the whole experience. This is a very lovely barn conversion on a working farm. It has been done out to a very high standard and is extremely spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We went with our grown up children, their partners and our dogs. The hot tub was enjoyed daily and the pool table was popular. We had a couples and singles pool tournament which was gre at fun. The beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay are not far away but do take time to reach because of the winding country roads. All part of the charm.

An amazing cottage, we didn't want to leave. The house has everything you need for a family, spacious rooms and spotlessly clean. The owners even left us two dog beds and bowls out ready for our pets. The surroundings on the farm is beautiful and the children loved the friendly sheepdog who would walk past each day. The area is quiet and remote, no t much around for 20 minutes or so, however, we were pleased that Tesco were able to deliver our food shop. A fantastic holiday. Thank you.

This holiday had been booked almost 2 years ago, and delayed a year for obvious reasons. It didnt disappoint, was worth the wait! The pictures look amazing when you book, and the reality is just as impressive. A highlight was seeing a flock of sheep bustling past the kitchen window. The nearby coastline was simply stunning. Just be aware that if yo u want to order out then it is slightly more difficult and involves a car journey, but the rural location is definitely part of the appeal.
