We had a lovely stay at the cottage! The facilities were spot on, especially the pool, games roomand play area - perfect for us and our toddler. We didnâ€™t get to use everything as much as we wanted because of the stunning weather, which was a bonus. Really appreciated the cot, highchairand stair gate already there. We had a really nice time at Mettaford Farm. Itâ€™s such a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxingand thereâ€™s loads for the kids to do-large fields for running around and smaller lawns for games. The indoor pool and games room are a lifesaver on rainy days. The cottage was spotless, spacious enough for us and well-equipped. The laundry came in handy too! Lesley and Robin are lovely hosts and always around if you need anything. The areaâ€™s absolutely gorgeous, but having a car is pretty much essential. Weâ€™d love to come back!

We had a lovely time at the cottage in Hartland! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and really patient with our two boys, who had a blast asking them all sorts of questions! The cottage had everything we needed, with a clean modern kitchen and lounge, plus the two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. We all enjoyed the onsite swimming pooland having access to a field for the boys to play with their toys was a nice bonus. The location was great for exploring the local area too.

We had a lovely stay at Bay Cottage. The accommodation was great with an excellently equipped kitchen which made cooking very easy. The additional facilities in the games room were enjoyed by all the family, a nice way to spend time in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool; it felt like our own private pool since every time we visited (we swam daily), we had it to ourselves!! Definitely a cottage we would book again when visiting this area.

We had a fantastic stay, renting all three cottages for our family gathering of ten from the 21st to the 27th of December. Christmas was wonderful! The cottages are all two-bedroom, but we spent most of our time in Olive Cottage since it feels bigger and has a better layout. We brought three dogs and loved that the gardens are completely secure. The kids really enjoyed the pool, although we didn't use the games room much. Each cottage is well equippedand the local village is just under ten minutes away. Thereâ€™s a big Asda, McDonald's, Domino'sand Aldi/Lidl about a 25-minute drive in Bideford. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was spotless and had everything we needed to cook, plus it felt really comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were such a fun way to unwind in the evenings. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. The only tiny issue was the creaky floor, which could be a bit noisy for those below, so the twin bedroom might not work well for light sleepers! We will definitely return with our dog to stay in another cottage.
