Welcome to Partridge Farmhouse, a beautifully restored Grade 2-listed longhouse in Templeton near Tiverton, Devon. This spacious farmhouse, which sleeps ten, is perfect for large families or groups.

With its 17th-century wooden beams and inglenook fireplaces, you’ll feel the history and character from the moment you step inside.

Partridge Farmhouse boasts five bedrooms, including four super-king zip-and-link beds and one double.

The ground floor bedroom offers easy access with an en-suite shower room. The large country-style kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining areas are perfect for gathering everyone together for memorable meals.

Relax in the airy lounge with its comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and wood burner set in an original fireplace.

Lovely base for our group of five couples for a long weekend get together. The property was larger than we expected and had plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking for 10 easy. We loved the quirkiness of the old building with uneven stairs and wonky floor levels in places but it may not be suitable for everyoneRead more if you have mobility issues. Also be warned that if you're very tall be prepared to duck in places to avoid some of the lower beans (one of our group is over 6ft 6 and had to do this in places!) There was plenty of wood at the property we could use for the lovely log fire in the living room. It was really nice of an evening sitting in there with the fire burning, chatting and playing games. The hot tub outside was also a lovely bonus and well used by several of our group. Chris the host was very quick and helpful in answering our few questions before we arrived. Partridge farmhouse was a wonderful place to stay in for a large group. The house is beautiful with everything you could need staying away from home. The hot tub was a hit!
