Dawn
A beautiful cottage. We were 3 generations with 9 grandchildren aged between 4/15years and they were entertained the whole time between the swimming pool, games room and they loved the secret room. Kitchen very well equipped to cater for 17 of us. Lovely memories made.
Lisa
Stunning cottage, beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail.. The pool was a good temperature and the hot tub was a huge hit.. comfy beds and the snug had gorgeous sofas the only thing we found was watching tv wasnt pleasant as the seating was hard and only a few seats, as a big family we would of liked go have had a movie night. The l ocal pub was lovely, and the walk to the sea was challenging but worth the walk.
Ian

The cottage was the perfect setup for our weekend away. We had the most amazing time and the weather was warm enough to make use of the pool! Great walks straight from the property. Thanks so much!
Caroline
A super space for family and friends with its sociably large kitchen diner, and separate lounge areas. Plenty of pots and pans and tableware for home cooking for shared meals. The hot tub was a real treat after a long walk and the warm outdoor pool was a sunshine pleasure. The meandering local lanes are countryside narrow with high hedges, so look out for tractors and pheasants. On one lucky day we watched a deer down a pathway, as he watched us.
Helen
As a group of 10 adults and 1 toddler, 5 generations, the cottage was amazing. Spacious & well equipped, absolutely everything you need for a s/c holiday. The pool was lovely & warm meaning we could use it everyday even in September. With a garden, games room and hot tub as well, everyone was catered for. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortab le. The nearby walks were challenging but amazing for those of us who could manage it. We would thoroughly recommend this gorgeous cottage.
Linda
Very spacious, very relaxing, very enjoyable holiday. Everyone enjoyed the holiday and would have liked to stayed longer.
Shirley
An amazing house! We had 3 generational family holiday & the accommodation was great, we were lucky enough to have a whole week of sunshine so the pool was in constant use! There is a great lawn area for games and the kitchen & dining area was ideal, we loved the fact there was a back patio space and BBQ, with the hot tub & games room situated here , the photographs of this space dont really do it justice! We would all love to return!
Amanda
A beautiful clean, spacious cottage. It had everything we needed for a family holiday. The swimming pool, Hot tub & games room were superb and used every day. Great communication with owners. Would definitely recommend this cottage.
Sarah
Fantastic house & facilities, great location to explore the beautiful Devonshire coast. Definitely recommend this property, 10 out of 10!

Wow wow wow . The house was amazing, the best property we have stayed in. Everything you need and more. The pool and hot tub were well used, we did have amazing weather which obviously helped for the pool to be a lovely temperature. Great location for exploring if you can bring yourselves to leave the property. Pub up the road excellent. We don't u sually revisit property we holiday in as like to try out new areas but would defo return here again.
Gillian
This is the perfect house for large groups, great entertaining space and gorgeous lawn with sea views. Due to the style of the house, head space is a little tight in some of the upstairs bathrooms but downstairs bathrooms have no head height issues. The pool was used everyday and was a real heat trap. The road was very quiet so nice for relaxing. T he location was great being only 3 miles off the main A39. The host was available for any queries. Throughly recommend this gorgeous property.
Julie
Lovely cottage, facilities were spot on. Outside pool heated to a lovely temperature. Lovely quiet location. Lots of space. Not keen on having to test the hot tub ourselves; other properties we have stayed in test the hot tub and pool on daily basis themselves. Wi-Fi was excellent. Mattresses were too soft for us and towels not as good as we have h ad before. Double bed downstairs very low and not suitable for elderly people.
Helen
Amazing property! Exactly like the pictures, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Lovely personal touches in the property. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this property.
Molly
We were a group of 17 , family and friends, aged from 2 - 81 and we all had a wonderful week. The facilities, including large grassy area which the little ones loved , swimming pool ,hot tub and games room . The lounges, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms were first class. A beautiful area. Do hope I can go again sometime.
Carol
The cottage is beautiful and extremely clean. It is clear that the owners take very good care of it. The location to the coast was perfect for a walk and the hot tub was well used. We were 5 families with children and everyone loved it. Thank you for a fantastic weekend,
Mary
An amazing house with everything that we needed for the family celebrations. We were nine adults and six children and at no time did we feel crowded. The children loved the games room and the adults loved the hot tub. Despite being a November break we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A big thank you to the owner for everything.
