Shore Break Reviews

Judy
The cottage is in a very pleasant country position, close to the sea. Nice walks with the dog on the cliff top. Sadly too steep for us to get to the sea, but only a short drive into Westwood Ho. The cottage is comfortable and fairly well equipped, although the bathroom could do with decorating. We would have preferred a dishwasher, rather than a waRead moreshing machine, but thats just our preference. Nice touch with the cream tea on arrival and yes, would return. Hide
Nichola
Lovely property and well located. Owners were really helpful. There had been an issue with our hot tub ahead of our stay. We were notified before we arrived. They repaired the tub with no disruption to us, and also put in a Lay-Z-Spa tub for us to use whilst ours was out of action. Had a personalised welcome note when we arrived, with fresh scones Read more(inc. cream and jam!). Accommodation was fab! Comfy, cosy, had all the amenities we needed. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend *** Hide

Lovely cottage in a nice setting , the double bed was extremely comfortable, pot of jam, cream and scones were nice on arrival. The hot tub was spotless
Katarina
The weather was poor and cold at times, however, When the sun came out it was perfect and the jacuzzi was very therapeutic for my arthritic knees. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up in the mornings. The beach is fine if you catch the tide but is hard to get to with your dog if the tide is in.
Nigel
Fantastic location, very relaxing Holiday. Thank you.
Charlotte
A really beautiful location, our cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable, the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Scones on arrival a very nice touch. We will definitely be back
Ami
The cottage was perfect for our break. It had a wonderful garden and hot tub. The hosts were very helpful in recommending restaurants and walks. Would not hesitate to book again!
Tracey
A fantastic week staying at Surcoat cottage, for 3 adults and 1 dog. The scones, cream and jam were a lovely welcome as was the fudge on leaving. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We loved the hot tub, but didn't use as much as I thought we would as the weather was glorious. The table tennis and games in the barn was good fun and we enjo yed going to collect eggs for our breakfast. The location is gorgeous with about a 20min walk to the the beach, where we enjoy swimming in sea pool
Andrew
The most fantastic weeks stay in Surcoat, at Westward Living. This is everything you want from the most relaxing stay. The best dog friendly accommodation is second to none, and it's now our second time here, Dream Cottage was last year. it has everything you want. Cream tea on arrival, dog bowls with treats, clean crisp bed linin and towels and th e warmest of welcomes. Enclosed garden for our fur baby Teddy made him chill out straight away. Karen, Andy and Teddy
