A lovely property in a beautiful location. Easily walk into westward ho! From the property. Drive way only really comfortable for 2 cars, definately not 4. Kitchen table location was too awkward to use. Benches rather than chairs not suitable for young children. Hot tub maintenance was due 3-6pm on 3 days, so not supposed to be used in that period Read morewhich is a shame. But overall a nice property & helpful owner sorted any minor issues! Definitely would stay again! Hide

Fantastic House, Very clean and modern. Bed was comfy living room with the bi fold doors was great to take in the views of the sea, also amazing views especially from the Juliette Window. Quiet area, in Westward Ho. The hot tub was a perfect relaxation as you could hear the sea & even better on a rainy day as the area around the hot tub has been upRead moredated and is undercover with a lovely seating area. It was a lovey walk to the beach with cafe's, bars, food places. Highly Recommend & will return. Hide

Lloyd
Great house, lots of amenities, quiet place to stay.
Lisa
We had a lovely relaxing stay. The house is great, we loved the bifold doors out to the secure garden, great hottub and sea view. Driveway was a bit of a slope so pulling out into a fairly busy road was tricky at times but not unmanageable. Would recommend this property and would stay again.
Jo
Lovely accommodation, comfy beds and sofas, lovely views. Not as big as it seems in pictures but not disappointed at all. The Wii controllers didn't work even after buying new batteries, so kids were a bit disappointed but we were so busy anyway it wasn't a big problem. Bit of a trek to the beach where dogs can go so bought a weekly pass for car paRead morerk which was 21. Hide

Overall had a really lovely stay. House was well equipped and comfortable. The games room at the top was a bonus for teenager. Lovely views across the burrows and beautiful views from the main room - lovely to sit and look at. The hot tub was a blessing with the weather not being so great - and being under a roof meant we could enjoy it no matter wRead morehat the weather. Would definitely go back again Hide

Well what can I say, it was a wonderful 2 week break! The views from the bifold doors in the lounge were wonderful. The occasional noise from the sea was lovely. The garden was great for our dog and us. We loved the hot tub! It was kept clean and there would be an engineer that came every other day to check the water quality and level at no bother Read moreto us as they have access and you rarely see them. The beds were comfy, loads of sockets, kitchen is brilliantly stocked and we had a fantastic time! Hide

Nice property, well laid out, however cleanliness in some areas could be improved.
Neil
Very well presented house, with everything you need and more. Even had a games console. The hot tub was great,. Good sized garden, with good fencing, ideal for dogs, also very peaceful in the garden. The only thing that would be better would be being able to get in a little earlier.
Callum
The location is perfect and the cottage seems to have been recently refurbed. Kitchen is modern with all equipment you would need. Hot tub is a great bonus and a great garden area. A 10 minute walk from Westward Ho beach which is dog friendly. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Westward Ho and a short drive from lots of other restaurants and bars . We had a great time and would return in a heartbeat.
Julie

Jacqui
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful property. The house was really well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The totally enclosed garden was brilliant and very safe for our dog. Some reviewers have commented about difficulties getting on and off the drive due to the busy road - this is not a problem and we had no trouble either revers ing onto the driveway or turning the car round to pull out forwards. The house is in easy walking distance of the beach and village centre.
Susan
Fantastic property with amazing views. Couldnt fault a thing. Highly recommended.
Jon
Lovely holiday house, modern and great to have the luxury of the hot tub. A well equipped kitchen for cooking and the log fire was cosy for the evenings.

Melanie
Lovely house, clean and beautifully presented. Hot tub was great. Fantastic location, 10 minute walk to the beach but also great parking provision at North Burrows. Beautiful sandy beach.
Glenn
A lovely stay. A great location. Fantastic views. House has everything we needed. We felt very lucky to stay and wish we'd booked extra days. Would absolutely come back if heading down that way.
Vicky
We loved this property and had a very enjoyable holiday in Westward Ho! The bi fold doors are a great feature, there are excellent sea views, its a short walk to the beach and town and is furnished to a high standard. We definitely want to come back for another holiday soon.
Lisa
Lovely house. Well maintained. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. A 15 min walk to the town of Westward Ho! Would definitely return.
Maxine
The house is lovely, everything you need is there. Hot Tub is wonderful after a long day exploring. Location is perfect, 10 minutes away from shops, beach, restaurants. Would recommend Pig on the Beach.
Jennifer
Lovely views of the sea. Hot tub very nice to relax.
Debbie
5/5 Excellent.
Joanne
Excellent house, difficult to get on and off drive with a large car. Love the area. Well equipt house, nice garden, views, hot tub. Love ir.
Anne
Beautiful clean modern house.Dog friendly enclosed garden-outside shower if needed for muddy dogs. Lovely hot tub cleaned twice while we were there. Lovely sea views. Steep stairs to top play area-may not suit very young children(not an issue for us). Have to reverse onto road but there is space in road to park. We didnt have any issues getting in or out. Close to Westward Ho! And easy access to other dog friendly beaches. Definitely recommend for relaxing break.
Karen
Fantastic holiday, lovely spacious cottage and garden, very modern and clean, photos dont do it justice on the website. Hot tub was great. Safe secure garden for the dog.
Hayley
Great location, very clean, secure garden for dogs. 10 mins walk into Westward Ho! Well equipped kitchen and loved the hot tub. The mattress in the main bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable which resulted in a week of poor sleep - a shame as the rest was very good.
Emma
The house is really lovely, the photos dont do it justice. The view of the sea is fantastic, the house is very comfortable and has all the mod cons you need on a holiday. The garden is secure and dog friendly. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return.
Jennifer
Fantastic place to stay with wonderful views and the hot tub and fireplace was excellent!
Tracey
This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. A real home from home with everything you need. We were extremely impressed with the hot tub as there are no pictures we thought it might just be a small cheap one. It was checked and xleaned twice during our stay. Amazing. And then sitting in front of the log burner to dry. Cantwait to book again. Perfect break with our 2 dogs x
Sam
Accommodation is great, outside space perfect, the only negative is parking, yes there is parking outside property but its not big and you have to reverse onto the main road. Quite steep stairs wouldnt recommend for a young family or the not so agile but fine for our group.
David
Lovely well equipped house with all mod cons and a secure back garden and sea views. Two bathrooms, the family bathroom upstairs and a smaller one downstairs, both with showers, a bonus. only a couple of minutes drive or about 15 min walk to the sea front. Be aware that this house is built on a hill and there are steps to both front doors as they a re on different levels, and the drive is also on a slope with parking for two cars or you can park on the road.
Martin
Very nice house, finished to a high standard. Everything you need, great view and can imagine in better weather. The bi fold doors in the lounge would be open all day, hot tub going and the bbq lit. Just very uncomfortable mattresses which let the property down. Besides this would happily return.
Carly
We had a lovely stay, the house is well equipped, been finished to a high standard and had brilliant views. The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing in the evening after a long day out. The location was great, you could walk into Westward Ho within 10 minutes and Appledore and Instow were only a short drive away. We had a wonderful time and wo uld definitely recommend staying here.
