Well equipped and fully functional house. The utility room was a real joy allowing you to come straight in and sort the dog and yourself out before entering the main property really handy in the British weather. We found the property nice and homely and spacious and double parking at the front of the property makes life easy.

If you want a lovely house to stay in which would cater for all your needs and dog friendly this is it. Lovely huge long beach when tide out to walk and enjoy the views, plus a huge green space off the estate to explore. The hot tub is great after long walks so its a must do task, its a flat 15 min walk to the town where you can stop off at dog fri endly eateries either for lunch or just a refreshing drink. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and thoroughly recommend Salty Tides.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families. There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings. Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast". There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga. As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
