Enclosed by glorious countryside and residing in the pretty village of Wool lies Lulworth Lodge, a wonderfully spacious holiday home accommodating up to 15 guests in the Dorset countryside. Boasting a private decked area complete with relaxing hot tub, outdoor furniture, guests of this countryside haven also have access to three acres of beautiful shared lawned grounds where children can play with the football net, basketball hoops and tennis table while you sit, relax, and watch the world go by.
Inside, kick back in the main living/dining room where you can relax and unwind in front of the TV, before moving conversations into the kitchen/living dining space as the head chef of the group rustles up a tasty meal. An additional kitchen, which is well equipped with all you need for a self-catering stay, and the convenience of a downstairs shower room can be found on the ground floor.
Moving upstairs, discover five light and airy bedrooms offering a flexible sleeping arrangement; two family rooms, one with a double bed and two sets of bunk beds, complete with an en-suite shower room, and one with a double bed and a single bed, as well as two double bedrooms and a twin room, all served by a bathroom and an additional shower room. Stroll into the centre of Wool to enjoy local shops as well as three pubs, butchers, a bakers and a train station, so you can leave your car parked up and make use of the public transport links, including the Jurassic Coast bus, which connects you easily to Poole and Weymouth.
Visit the beautiful beach at Durdle Door and take a snap of the iconic rock formation rising from the sea and resembling a doorway, before having a dip in the clear waters to cool off after a scenic cliff top walk. A kayak tour can be arranged locally from Lulworth Cove and is a memorable experience to treasure as you are shown secret little pools, coves and beaches that are only accessible via the sea.
