Hafod Reviews

Liz
Lovely warm cozy cottage. Great enclosed garden for our dog. Good kitchen equipment, showers , comfortable beds, not forgetting the added bonus of a hot tub. Close to beach and bar.
Clare
Beautiful cottage with a lovely back garden. We have a golden retriever, so if you have a bigger dog, would recommend taking something to cut off to the front garden, as our naughty dog jumped the front garden, which was quite stressful! Cottage is in lovely surroundings, with a short walk to the beach
Paul
Superb accommodation. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very dog friendly-fully enclosed garden. Loads of great walks nearby.
Julie
We will definitely be returning. Fabulous memories made. Hot tub, barbecue used and enjoyed. Our dog enjoyed the outdoor space and the short walk to beach
Jane

Carolyn

David
Our 6th time here so that says it all, perfect location, lovely property, love it, booking next year already
Josephine
Fantastic cottage, roomy and comfortable. The hot tub was a real treat. Brilliant location, handy for the train if you wish to make use of that. Loads of great days out nearby including walks, castles and towns. Highly recommended.
Sally
Great property for dog owners, totally secure with a large lawn area. Nice spacious cottage on the edge of a caravan park, with easy level beach access through the caravan park. Outdoor area is great, but overlooked by permanent caravan immediately next door, so not totally private. Amazing views of the hills and you can see the sea from the properRead morety. Easy access to the small train station that runs along the sea front, so no need to drive to explore the coast. Hide
Sam
Lovely cottage that was very clean and peaceful. There is a caravan next door that looks into the majority of the garden and a train track that runs right past on the other side however, the trains were only occasional and it really didnt spoil the experience. Would we go back? Absolutely!
Wayne
Amazing cottage so glad we chose it , location was excellent for us , very private , and was dog friendly , spotlessly clean and modern , pictures do no do this place justice , beach and restaurant 5 min walk away , I would definitely recommend and stay here again
Andy
A very comfortable stay. Don't let the location put you off, the nearby park is 5 star and has very good facilties. We took our labrador and the fully enclosed garden was perfect, with loads of space for him to run. I would definitely use this cottage again if I was staying in the area.
Christopher
A beautiful property set in beautiful surroundings, would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a quiet break with incredible views. 5 star.
Robert
Well appointed and clean property in a lovely location with a 10 minute walk to miles of golden sandy beach. After hours spent on the beach, it was great to return to a relaxing time in the hot tub. Friendly property owner with a wealth of local knowledge that you are unlikely to find on any website.
Gary
A much needed break, its years since I holidayed in the UK, recharged the batteries in a proper chilled out environment.
Jenny
Excellent quality accommodation with everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and large garden. Excellent location.
Phil
Unless mistaken we couldn't find a tumble dryer on site. More instructions were needed for using hot tub as was a bit of game to figure out the controls (had to find a you tube video how to unlock the controls) The corkscrew was broken and unusable (broken arms) Overall the place was very good, and the directions given by OC were really helpfulRead more. Thank you Hide
Debbie
beautiful property, great location. feels like you are in the countryside but just a short walk and you are at the beach - had a lovely time and will return in the future.
