51 Trinity Avenue Reviews

Jeanette
The house is lovely, spacious and welcoming, thank you for the welcome hamper and it's in a great location for the town. All the facilities were excellent maybe some more pan lids! We would certainly revisit this holiday home. The only problem as has been mentioned in other reviews was the Recycling collection. The PlasticsMetal and Cardboard bins were already full but there was no collection over our week and we ended up keeping our bags in the kitchen put outside, they were attacked by seagulls.
We had a great stay at Trinity Avenue. The house is large and accommodated us all well. It's very clean and tidy and well looked after. Hot tub is a nice addition too. There is a park and grass area just behind which was handy and just a short walk into llandudno. We did have an issue with the hot water but the host was able to sort quite quickly. Only thing was the locks on the bathroomtoilet doors are a bit a stiff for children and elderly but wasn't really a problem. Would definitely recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very grateful for the help in sorting the problem with the heating. The location was great with plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and very spacious and it was very helpful to have 2 x lounge areas with a large group.

This house is beautiful clean and spacious. There were seven adults and four children in our party and at no time did we ever feel on top of each other. The children loved taking over the top floor especially having the train play area. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely welcome basket on our arrival. Two lovely spacious sitting areas enabled us to spread out in the evening. The only negatives were the Xbox doesn't work, the WiFi isn't the best although thats maybe the area and there are builders in next door which during the week affects how you can use the hot tub. Again this is no fault of the owner. Also have to agree with other reviewers that the gravelled back garden would be better grassed for children and maybe a small table and chairs on the front garden would be ideal. We really enjoyed our stay at Trinity Avenue would would definitely recommend the house for large families.
This is a lovely holiday home with just a sort walk to the prom, shops and restaurants and we had a fab family time there. With 14 people sharing 2 bathrooms it would have worked better if all bedrooms had mirrors in then we could have done makeup and hair in our bedrooms, this would have cut bathroom times down. it would also have been better if locks on top bathroom and down stairs toilet worked too many people for the locks not to work this hasnt stopped us from booking again for n xt February.?
Claire
We had a wonderful stay in this house. We were a party of 13 women celebrating a 50th birthday. The house was perfect for our stay. The only negative, and this is a tiny flaw, was that we could have done with a bigger ovenhob arrangement Overall though the house was amazing and the photos on the website really dont do it justice We are hoping to return next year
This a fantastic property. Perfect for nine of us including four children. It was great to have offstreet parking and be in walking distance of the town. The house was immaculate and included everything we needed.... And more. Highly recommended.
Amazing holiday home. Fantastic welcome pack. Perfect location. Great for the whole family. Had an issue with the Microwave which was replaced within half an hour. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
Fantastic property, had everything you could want for a wonderful comfortable stay! The pictures don't do the property justice, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Our 6 year old Grandson was overjoyed with the train track and toys at the top of the house! Amazing will definitely stay again.
It's was a lovely house and lots of space for our extended family of 8 Adults, 4 children and a baby. On arrival there was a lovely welcome basket with essentials and easter eggs for the children. The hot tub and outside area was lovely as sun trap most of the day. We did have a few problems whilst staying in the house and the owner was very helpful and fixed the problems.
Fantastic property with everything we needed. Loved the hot tub. Would definitely stay again. Lovely location a few minutes walk into town.
Fabulous house in a great location. The house is bigger than the photos and had everything you need. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Vince and Roger are great hosts!!
Francesca
We had a lovely holiday in this spacious and well equipped house. To be fair I'd have to say it was a 10 minute walk to each beach, rather than 5 minute as advertised, but that wasn't a problem. The town is absolutely delightful and we were blessed with perfect weather, which we appreciate isn't guaranteed in North Wales!
Nicola
Great property in great location.
We liked the position of the house as it was a 10 minutes walk into the town centre. The house is very well equipped and had sufficient crockery and cutlery for our group. The only thing that would have been useful would have been some Pyrex bowls the size to fit in the microwave for reheatingcooking. We tended to eat out during the day but ate at the house in the evening. Useful having the leaflets for local attractions. Bathrooms were lovely and well used! A hook to hang a towel up in the downstairs toilet would be helpful. Apart from that we had a great time. Plenty of room for our family of 11! This house could comfortably cater for a bigger group.
William
Locks on toilet doors rubbish
The property was ideal for our group of eight older ladies. Plenty of sitting space and able to eat outside too Easy to get to all the attractions of this lovely Welsh town and the surrounding area We didn't use the hot tub. Had fun with the 'Tassimo' coffee maker, had expected a caffetiere. Few spoilers, though nothing that couldn't be sorted The cooker requires a thorough clean as did the oven tray. The frying pans are past their best and needed more pans. The bedrooms on the top floor got cold at night. Perhaps move the cupboard from under the eves in one of the rooms.
The property was fantastic and was very roomy. Hot tub was lovely and having a park and a gym within a 2 minute walk was an added bonus for us. There were a couple of issues that we felt could be improved on no recycling option and entrance to driveway is very narrow but these are very minor issues. Overall we had an amazing stay in this fabulous home. Roger was always available to answer questions.
Just returned from this house and what a fantastic time we all had, 10 ladies ranging from 30 to 70. The photos dont do the place justice its lovely spacious and spotless. A big thankyou to the owners for the generous welcome pack which we all enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possible need beds very comfy Hot tub was great for the ones who wanted to use it. The distance to the town, beach about 5minutes walk also got to see the firework display from the front lounge. would recommend this house to anybody and will definitely return. Only one suggestion bedrooms need mirrors on the wall 10 ladies trying to get ready with no mirrors is not good.
Maureen
A lovely house, well supplied with basics and a great welcome hamper. We were a family of 12 and enjoyed the spacious dining room and sitting rooms but would have liked more space in the kitchen. We would also have appreciated a bigger cooker. The fridge, which had been criticised by an earlier client, was a good size. The end of October, weather mild but very wet, the hot tub was enjoyed by some but not overused. The house is an easy walk into town and to West Shore. One big moan though the drive is a good size but the gate posts are close together. I chickened out and parked on the road which is quite wide and quiet.
We were very pleased with house, couldnt fault it and the hamper was a really lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again Thank you very much
Gillian
We took the same family group to this house two years' ago and it was ideal for us then ,too. If we go to Llandudno again as a family we'll look to rent this house again as a first choice. Minor matters the bin situation is not explained what goes in which bin and collection days ,the bathroom locks need to work and another fridge would have been useful for such a large party as ours.
Nicola
Fantastic location, convenient to walk to North Beach, West Shore, town, parks, and pubs.
Penelope
An amazing house. The owners couldnt of been more accommodating. If we stay in Llandudno again we would most certainly try to stay in this accommodation and will be recommending to others
Excellent Description
The house was even more spacious than the photographs suggested. The rooms were large enabling our party of 10 to be together yet apart if we needed some quiet and down time. The house was well positioned in Llandudno on the flat enabling us to walk to either beach and the shops were even closer. The location of the house was great to visit both Snowdonia and Anglesey as well as other areas close by. The children enjoyed the playroom and the hot tub was enjoyed by us all. If our family were to stay in the area again we would have no hesitation returning to this beautiful well kept and spacious house.
Hannah
Our house was really fabulous. It was a great holiday for three generations. It was huge and comfy. The bathrooms were wonderful. The owners were generous and thoughtful with their welcome pack of prosecco and bread. They were also helpful everytime we contacted them. Only suggestion was another fridge as two families were staying together. Even though we ate out alot...with young children we had lots of milk etc to store. However in terms of Sykes phone system we wanted to make a change by one day to our booking and I phoned about 5 times but Sykes made it quite complicated to get an answer. Sykes were polite on the phone but never phoned us back with updates. The owner fortunately phoned us on my mobile after Sykes had contacted them again and was fantastic rearranging the date for us. It was a really great holiday and location. We would love to return.
Michelle
We returned from this house last night and we all sad to leave. We were a group of 14 with a range of ages from 4 to 50 and everyone was more than satisfied. The decor is beautiful, beds comfortable, showers powerful and baths like swimming pools! The hot tub was a definite hit and the back garden a sun trap in the afternoon. We extended the table so could all fit around it for family meals and at breakfast which was lovely. The owners were on hand if needed and gave tips about the best pubbeach etc. They even sent flowers for one of our partys birthday! 100 recommendation from all of us!
Grahame
Beautiful house, with amazing bathrooms! ery good for families as it's on 3 levels, meaning a chance to escape the noise! All facilities you could wish for provided. Private garden and hot tub brilliant, but just short of a grass surface for the younger children to play on. Location excellent, quiet, but only 1015 minutes walk to supermarkets, pubs, shops, promenade, pier and beaches children loved the traditional Punch and Judy! Plenty of good cafes, restaurants and real ale pubs.
Louise
What a beautifully restored old house this is . . and it is huge! We were a party of 9 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The positives are so numerous, I'm not sure I'll be able to list them all The dining table is fantastic, we ate there of course, played games, sat and caught up on social media, chatted. it was perfect. The dining living space is really multi purpose and the heart of the house. The kids spent a lot of time chilling on the sofa's with the adults sitting at the table chatting. That worked really well as everyone felt they had space but adults were still around to keep an eye on things. The hot tub is just brilliant and we used it every day at least once! The bathrooms are really well finished and the showers are great. It was really good having two with so many kids to get ready for bed in the evening and everyone up and ready for the day in the morning. The beds are all great the doubles are pretty firm which meant that we all got a good night sleep and didn't wake up aching, which is what happens if I try sleeping in a too soft bed! There were only a few niggles We thought there needed to be a cupboard a some shelve in the main living dining room for the things you bring with you we had colouring, play dough and board games but there was no where to put this type of thing. We solved it by using one of the benched against the wall as a side table. I hope the owners are going to improve the garden space at the back over time as the gravel makes it unusable as an outdoor play space, especially for little ones and it could be amazing! Bath forget it if you like a long soak. Both baths drain even when the plug is in. I thought I was going a bit potty as I'd run the bath for the kids and when I had finally wrangle them into the bath room half the water had drained away. Also, with little ones, watch out for them standing or kneeling on the plug as it is easily released. I found my daughter sitting in a practically empty bath after being out of the room for less than 2 minutes! Overall this house is fantastic and I would definitely book here again. It was lovely, clean and we had a welcome pack from Vince. It was perfect for bring the generations together with enough space for everyone.
Rachel
This is a lovely property with ample parking it is near to restaurants, shops and ideally located for both beaches and the Great Orme. Great communication with Roger owner, who is accommodating and was there to meet us on arrival and explain workings of house and hot tub and had left a lovely welcome basket for us. Bathrooms are large and nicely laid out. Bedrooms are large and spacious and beds are all very comfortable. Four of bedrooms have TV with Netflix, great on rainylazy days if everyone wants to watch something different
Victoria
Great property for all the family, plenty of space for everyone. Good location to shops and both beaches, 10 minutes max walking distance to both. Clean, well maintained and well thought out design. Children loved the train set on the top floor and the men loved the Sky Sports! The owners were even happy to let us into the property early and had supplied a lovely hamper of goodies.
All the family 8 adults, 6 children and 1 baby had a fabulous time, the property exceeded all our expectations.
Leanne
There was 10 of us staying at Trinity Avenue including 4 children. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend this house to large families. Upon arrival the property was spotless and extremely clean. The living roomdining area is lovely to have dinner and watch a bit of tv in the evening with plenty of space for all the family. The bedrooms are all spacious with large beds and carpeted which helped with the baby. They had high chairs, stair gate and bed rail for the children which was excellent. The hot tub was lovely and we all enjoyed this at the end of a busy day. Vince met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough introduction to the property and was very friendly. They also left a welcome pack and a birthday cake which was a lovely touch. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend it. Thanks Vince and Roger.
Lovely spacious house with room for everyone to get together and room to have ... Lovely spacious house with room for everyone to get together and room to have time apart well equipped and a real home from home
Yvonne
The heating system seemed a bit confusing to work . There could do to be bath shower mats. Everything else was great.
