This is a dairy working farm so its excellent that the smaller children can help Farmer Owner Alwyn fed the animals every morning at the ring of a bellthe children would stand at the wishing well waiting to encounter these delightful animals and interact All day next to the swimming pool, the cows are being milked and there is an open window for all to see all the children and adults loved watching this Im 54 took my nieces are 24 and 25 and we enjoyed experiencing this too The facilities are amazing all sectioned off so first you have the games room, Secondly is a laundry area Next there is to unbelievably well kitted out gyms that are packed to the rafters At the end is the private swimming pool, hot tub and sauna which is again amazing and all these facilities were included in the priceour Nephews came up for the day and thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of their experience nothing was too much trouble I noticed there are many cottages situated on the grounds as it is private and some are rented out but others are family homes which I personally love as with experiencing a family run business the amount of time and dedication that goes into running the farm is indeed amazing The cleaning staff are lovely too nothing was too much trouble In all honesty you really do not need to leave the farm throughout your stay as there is everything you could possibly want at the bottom of the lane is one of our favourite towns Pwhelli which we love to have a walk around we stayed from the 29th of December to the 3rd of January and had New Years eve there with my nieces and it really was greatthe cleanliness is wonderful, there is a real homely feel, they allowed our pets which was lovely and they loved every minute of it too however you must keep your pets on a lead at all times with it being a working farm and that was fine The beds were lovely and comfy and everything was at hand. even the kitchen was fully equipped but and its not a negative comment, these days people cook by air fryers so maybe you could all take your own with younext time we visit I will definitely be taking my slow cooker as I think its beautiful to have a cold day out and then go back home to a lovely hot stew. The water was really hot throughout the day and the storage heaters were warm The games room was equipped absolutely fantastically. There was a small soft place centre for the little children, there was chess and draughts and they were great as they were huge pieces and the board was the floor, there was air hockey which we love, table tennis, darts, snooker and pool. There is even a very small loft space within the game room itself with a TV and a sofa so if you want to, you could watch a movie up there. Im sure that would be great for the teenagers. The gym was super equipped with machines. Ive never even seen before. Mind you having said that being a plump lady Ive not been in the gym for about 30 years! The swimming pool is great and its private. You book it on an hourly basis throughout the day which was fantastic because you knew when you booked the pool it was your pool. The sauna was amazing too. You can book the pool as many times as you like there is no stipulation I do not think they could improve on anything whatsoever however if there was one thing that could be done in the whole wide world to enhance my own personal experience that would definitely be a log burner I absolutely love being secluded in a Welsh cottage snuggled down in front of a log fire it did not spoil my holiday but I think it wouldve enhanced my own personal experience. I know not everyone is a lover of a log burner. I personally am, but this had no reflection on my Holiday whatsoever you cannot improve on perfection. We will definitely be returning for another holiday

Greenwood Forest Park - LL55 3AD
about 21 Miles
This attraction is really something special and has reached the finals of the "Best Family Day Out" category in the National Tourism Awards for Wales.  It's actually the only attraction in North Wales to be shortlisted for this prestigious award. Located in the Snowdonia region there are many rides and activities including Jungle Boat Adventure, Den Building, Green Dragon Roller Caoster, Treetop Towers and the BareFoot Trail.  Kids of all ages will love it here and we think it's excellent value as well.
Ribride - LL59 5DE
about 21 Miles

An adventure boat company in the heart of Wales. Whether it's adrenaline fueled fun, or a relaxing river tour, you and your family will want to book up with Rib Ride. Ride a 'RIB' boat on the Menai Strait or take a Bear Grylls adventure boat tour. Very highly reviewed on Trip Advisor. Tours for bridges and swells, puffin and seals, castle and islands and more.

Penrhyn Castle - LL57 4HT
about 26 Miles
Penrhyn Castle is a neo-Norman castle is located in the stunning Gwynedd region of Wales. The castle will appeal to those who enjoy sites of historical interest as well as to families looking to enjoy a fun day out. The Castle is in very good condition and guided tours are on offer. Don't miss a look at the grand hall with its exquisite collection of paintings or the Victorian Kitchen which gives amazing insight into the running of the Castle. Other highlights include the Servants Rooms and the one ton slate bed which was originally made for Queen Victoria.
