We had a lovely stay, a very welcoming host. Beautiful setting and location, and lovely cabin.

We had a lovely peaceful week in a new wood cabin. The owners had provided every thing we could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, The beds were very comfortable and cosy throws were provided for chilly nights. We didnt try the hot tub but did enjoy the outside seating area which had views over the private lake. A Lovely relaxing stay, me and my partner went with our two friends and we had a fantastic time. The Lodge was even more than we expected, plenty of space, comfortable, equipped and relaxing. This was honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed. The cabin was like a retreat and the surrounding of it were perfect. We went with our two young boys and our little dog, they loved it as much as we did. Perfect for familys, friends or couples. So much exploring to do on site and in the surrounding areas. The toddler time sessions take place during term times on week days from 9.30am until 2.30pm and are very popular. The admission fee is excellent value for money and parents can sit down and enjoy a drink while the children play. A new baby changing facility has now been installed together with some new chairs making this a clean and welcoming attraction for families.
