Tree Tops Reviews

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Owners were very helpful. Home baking was delicious Thank you. Lots to do in the area with a seven year old and even managed a trip to Legoland in Windsor which wasn't too far either. Property is in a lovely, quiet position & the hot tub had great views. Highly recommend.
Tree Tops is a beautiful holiday home, has everything you need and more. The lovely hot tub with a great view was a fabulous addition and is very quiet. Susans fruit cake was so lovely we asked for the recipe for home! Its the perfect place to stay for exploring the Oxford area, can recommend Witney town and Hanborough train station.
Lovely accomodation. Very helpful owner.
Excellent property in attractive surroundings. Clean, well appointed and just right as a base for exploring the Cotswolds and Oxford area.

We had a very good stay. The let was very clean, well provided for and has splendid views from the balcony. The hosts were friendly, informative and accommodating we were made to feel very welcome.
Absolutely fantastic stay we had here for 2 weeks. The hosts were great thoughtful friendly and left us in peace to enjoy our stay. The accommodation is so much better than the photos portray. The apartment is perfect comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need and a nice relaxing open space to spend time in. The surroundings are stunning. We spotted dear and a variety of wildlife in the garden and spent many evenings in the well maintained hot tub. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Matt & Kat
We had a warm greeting upon arrival which also included a welcome pack & homemade cake. Superb accommodation. The pictures dont do it justice & the availability of the hot tub added to the experience. A rural, great walking environment, less than 30 minutes from Oxford by car. Thoroughly recommended

We had a lovely stay celebrating a friends birthday and generally relaxing as a group of tired Mums! The apartment was so clean, cosy and full to the brim of everything we needed throughout the weekend, even down to greaseproof paper that came in handy for baking pastries! A delicious homemade cake greeted us on arrival along with the owners who kindly talked us through the place and local area. Evenings spent in the hot tub with a glass of fizz was certainly a different way for us to spend the weekend and we all loved it. Spotting deer, squirrels and pheasants running around the garden made us feel super secluded, however a day out shopping in Oxford was only 30 mins away. We will be back!!

The apartment is so lovely and plenty of everything that you need that you need to make your stay perfect. Lovely location close to many points of interest, very quiet. I loved drinking my tea in the morning, while admiring the view and all the animal in the garden. The owners are also very nice and easygoing and they male you feel welcome.

Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens - OX18 4JP
about 10 Miles
This has to be one of the most popular days out in Oxfordshire and is sure to appeal to nature lovers, animal lovers and keen gardeners.  Families and couples will enjoy wandering around this amazing park with a wide variety of mammals and birds to see as well as reptiles. Some of the most popular animals are the Burrowing Owl, Dexter Cow, African Pancake Tortoise and the Bar Headed Goose.  Check out their website for the latest admission costs and special offers.
Farmer Gows - SN7 8DA
about 16 Miles
Farmer Gows is a recommended attraction in the Faringdon area of Oxfordshire and will be especially suited to families with young children.  The little ones will love coming to see the farm animals including pigs, cows and lambs.  The meet the animals session takes place every day and includes handling the animals, walking the goats, feeding the pigs and cows and egg collecting.  Look out for special seasonal events throughout the year such as the Halloween Party, Lambing and children's workshops.  The latest news from the farm is that they have some Saddleback piglets and Speckledy chicks arriving shortly.
Pendon Indoor Model Village and Railways - OX12 8EA
about 16 Miles
This is an all weather attraction in Abingdon, Oxfordshire which will appeal to all ages.  The model trains are fascinating to watch and we love the model village in the Vale Scene.  The exhibits have been well thought out and it's a pleasure to wander around this museum looking at everything on offer.  You can be assured of a warm welcome from the moment you arrive and for kids and adults alike this makes a fun and educational day out.
Catanger Llama Trekking - NN12 8LJ
about 24 Miles
This is a really unique attraction and certainly worth a visit in our opinion.  Established in 1995 and situated in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside this attraction will appeal to those looking for something a little different.  You can't ride the animals but you can trek alongside them and enjoy the fantastic scenery.  From farm tracks to country lanes the gentle animals will carry your rucksack for you along the way.  There are personally guided treks available all year round and you will have your own Llama for the trek.
Studley Grange Garden and Leisure Park - SN4 9QT
about 27 Miles
Studley Grange Garden and Leisure Park is a fantastic attraction based in Swindon, Wiltshire.  For nature lovers and those who like to get out and explore this is the perfect day out.  It's also an all weather attraction with Butterfly World being part of the site.  Butterfly World is kept at around 85 degrees year round so this makes a perfect place to visit in all seasons. A visit to the Craft Village is also recommended where there are a wide range of handcrafted gifts.
