Parlour Barn Reviews

Every single thing we could have wanted or needed was at hand for our use. Extremely impressed with the everyday items that were available to us. i.e kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, dish washer tablets etc. no need for us to go out and top with anything. The hot tub was amazing too. We always book a place with hot tub plenty of firewood for the log burner too! There was only one tiny thing that was overlooked sorry salt and pepper needed filling up although I just had enough
This was our 8th stay ay Cropvale Farm and would highly recommend it. Its relaxes, peaceful and the hosts are delightful. We will be back again.

Superb accommodation with excellent hosts. Cannot be faulted in any way.

It was amazing, it was everything we needed, we turned up, and had a lovely welcome package, not only that, we had everything we needed, dishwasher, cooker, pots, pans, plates, it was literally like moving into a fully furnished property, the scenery was beautiful, I would recommend this to anyone 5 star all the way, thank you and look forward to our return visit Craig & Lesa
Fantastic holiday property and owners Sue and Roger. Really enjoyed our stay and the surprise goodies package that Sue and Roger left for us.Great hot tub and very homely property which was not short of amenities. We would recommended this property.

Such a great property! We came here for our minimoon after we got married end of March, start of April. On arrival we found some tasty basics and delicious brownies from their farm shop. It was clean and tidy on arrival with clear instructions on how to use the hot tub and the house rules. Loved the section in the folder about activities and recommendations! And the bed was so comfortable with fluffy pillows. We found lots of local actives to do including dinner at Buckland Manor, cinema with dinner at The Regal Evesham to watch Dune Part 2, and The Lygon Arms Hotel and Spa for a Spa Day. But really enjoyed spending our time at Parlour Barn as well, with the hot tub, DVD options, and lighting the fire with some of the firewood provided. Unfortunately it was pouring with rain during our stay so wasn't able to try out the walks that were shown in the folder provided. The only thing that didn't make this perfect was the sofa because it has clearly aged and is peeling so blankets were provided to cover it but kept slipping when we put the recliner out. So all in all, highly recommend!! Such a fantastic place can't wait to visit again, want to also thank our hosts for being so kind and helpful during our stay and also allowing me to return to collect my left belongings after!

This a beautiful property and we enjoyed our weekend stay so much! We were greeted with a welcome pack that included the best soda bread and chocolate brownie weve ever tasted. The property is beautifully decorated, clean, full of home comfortsfacilities, and the hot tub & log fire are a lovely touch. Thank you so much we will definitely be back x
Parlour Barn is a cosy retreat, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The hot hub was extremely clean, and a great way to end the day. We made use of the wood burner each day, with plenty of wood available, which Roger even topped up for us later in the week as we got through quite a bit! The welcome goodies were delicious and very well received. We enjoyed getting out and about in the surrounding area and would like to stay here again when we next come back to the area.
What a find. Everything you could need and more for a truly relaxing stay. Peace and tranquility in spades. Wonderful hosts. Brilliant welcome pack. Cannot fault our stay. Thank you Sue and Roger. We will return.

Fantastic property stunning location, had a thoroughly relaxing weekend. The property had everything we needed which made for a home from home stay, would definitely stay again
Patricia
Absolutely excellent! ! My husband and I have just spent a week here and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The barn is spacious, well maintained and extremely clean. Our hosts provided a welcome pack of freshly made sourdough bread, chocolate brownies, apple juice and home made apple chutney particularly awesome!! which was greatly appreciated after our long drive. The shower is a good size, powerful with plenty of hot water and very clean. The bed was a good size and we found it comfy and not too firm. The kitchen again was very clean and provided all we needed as we made our own evening meals most days. We used the hot tub every day after a day exploring the local area and it was great. The recline facility on the sofa provided the ideal way to end the day. The central location made it easy to visit Worcester, Warwick, Chelteham and Glouscester.
Lovely comfortable cottage. Surroundings beautiful and the hot tub was lovely. Towelling bath robes were provided. The welcome pack was wonderful. Eggs, chocolate brownies, bread, apple juice. All delicious, especially the brownies !! Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The parking was very close and easy. Id definitely recommend Parlour Barn to anyone who wants a quiet peaceful holiday.
We had a very comfortable holiday. The location was ideal for peace and quiet and walking but only a 'stones throw' from Pershore. Everywhere was clean and the facilities were great. The welcome food treats were much appreciated.
Debbie
An absolutely lovely cottage in a quiet and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and more and it was all of good quality. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. The items in the welcome package were delicious and very well received. We loved the hot tub and sitting in it of an evening sky gazing was heaven. We had an issue just before we started the holiday and then another whilst we were away, neither in any way related to the accommodation, but Sue was wonderful in helping us deal with them and coming up with a way of potentially managing them. She was understanding and flexible, it was much appreciated. I can't recommend the cottage enough and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
Pamela
I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the problem we were having with the internet. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. Just be aware you are on a farm and one night the smell disturbed my sleep, however I did have the window open.

The cottage was perfect, had every single thing you need for a holiday to be easy and comfortable. The cottage was clean and hot tub and garden area was clean and so lovely to have a break but feel safe in these strange times with covid. There were lovely welcome gifts left which were perfect. As a couple who holiday only in the UK, and often take short breaks without our 3 children for a bit of relaxation this cottage was one of the best, if not the best we have visited. Thank you.
Rebecca
There are delightful footpaths directly from Parlour Barn. There is a farm shopcafe close by selling delicious breakfast, lunches and cakes.

Quite isolated, but very quiet and peaceful, considering it is on a working beef cattle farm. Our hosts were very pleasant and welcoming.
2nd time staying at the Parlour Barn. Beautiful setting, cozy cottage, amazing welcome goodies! Hot tub is a welcoming treat after a day out.
Had a lovely stay in Parlour Barn. On a quiet farm down a country lane. Nice welcome by Sue and Roger who showed us round the property but then left us alone. Great hottub which is very private so nice and relaxing. Everything you need is in the accommodation. Huge comfortable bed and very quiet so slept well. Shower was fab, hot and powerful. All very good, nothing to complain about. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
Robert

This was the most relaxing and wonderful week we could have asked for. The parlour is beautifully decoratedfurnished and has everything you could want. The hot tub was amazing and the location is perfect for exploration or long walks. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the brownies, bread etc were very well received. This is a truly brilliant place to stay and we will definitely be back! Dan and Monika

We had an excellent holiday in the parlour barn, it was a real home from home. A wonderful welcome awaited us including homemade bread, chutney and brownies. Everything was included to make our stay the best it could be from the cupboard full of books, games, DVDs and maps of the area, to the tips on where to visit and places to eat. Also the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day exploring the surrounding villages. Can't wait to go back.
Can't fault anything about this gorgeous little barn. Beautiful location, great facilities, Nigel the cat was adorable!
Brilliant, loved it. Was home from home.
Rachael
