We stayed at Chestnut Cottage in April/May 2024and it turned out to be a perfect spot for our little getaway. The place was really spacious, cosyand well kitted out - just what we needed. The location is great for exploring nearby sights like Witley Court and Worcester Cathedral. We loved walking through the muddy footpaths and woods, it’s proper countryside. The hosts were friendly and helpfuland the local pub, the New Inn, was a real bargain. We’d definitely come back!

The birthday carvery was delicious. Also, don’t miss the New Inn nearby or taking a quick walk up the field. There are some lovely walks around, so don’t forget your OS map!

We had an excellent stay here! The owner was really friendly and always available if we needed help. With two families and four kids aged 7-11, the cottage was just rightand the surrounding area was lovely. Since it’s deep in rural Herefordshire/Worcestershire, you’ll need to plan some days out with driving, but there are plenty of activities on-site to keep everyone entertained. We felt totally safe letting the kids roam aroundand overall, it was a fantastic break. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The lodge exceeded our expectations - it was really spacious and comfy, with a big seating area and a dining table that actually fit everyone. The bedrooms were lovely and roomy too. Everything was spotless and well looked after. The kids and us enjoyed exploring the grounds and visiting the animals. The play area kept the little ones happy. Ohand don’t miss out on the Apple Tree Kitchen, their food is absolutely lovely. We’ll definitely be coming back!
