

Roe Deer Country Retreat is a lavish, stone-built farmhouse, Annexe and refurbished barn nestled in the heart of The Forest of Bowland, providing a private and secluded location for all large group get-togethers; from lively parties to relaxing breaks. With 11 bedrooms, two hot tubs, a bar and new state-of-the-art party room, this truly astonishing property is ideal for celebrations of all types.
With an abundance of outdoor space and gardens, surrounded by country fields, horses, and beautiful walking routes, the property can accommodate large marquees; perfect for weddings and an ideal spot for large families or a group of friends looking to celebrate in style. It features a total of eleven bedrooms; seven in the main house, including two downstairs in the main building, perfect for the elderly or those with limited mobility, five first-floor bedrooms in the main house and one on the second-floor attic room.
Two further bedrooms are located in the first floor of the Annexe and one large bedroom is situated on the first floor of the Old Stables Barn. There is a games room within the separate barn - the perfect hideaway for the kids!
Most of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms/wet rooms; and the family bathroom features an impressive Jacuzzi bath, a great way to relax before the end of your day. The brick-walled kitchen hosts an impressive dining table, seating sixteen people, accompanied by an AGA, three separate electric ovens, and a drinks fridge - the hub of the house, allowing you to host a party and bring the family together to create everlasting memories.
Attached to this is a smaller breakfast area/dining room fit for eight people, the ideal meeting place, before beginning your day exploring the wonders of Clitheroe. End your day in the sitting room huddled around the open woodburning stove and large television, whilst dinner is simmering on the AGA.
