111A Main Street Reviews

A fantastic property. It was immaculate throughout, and it seemed that everything had been thought about to ensure you had a great stay. The hot tub was fantastic take a gown. Would thoroughly recommend, and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
We had a lovely relaxing stay at 111. The accommodation was really comfortable and had everything we could need. The surrounding area is really beautiful and as we visited in October, wonderfully quiet, which was just what we wanted.
Beautifully renovated apartment, very modern, all you could possibly need when away from home. Hot tub was fab! Everything clean, tidy and well thought of. Gardenstown itself is very hilly with lots of narrow roads and steep steps, please be mindful when booking if you are disabled or not great on your feet. Small convenience shop, cafe and lovely gift shop in the village. Larger neighbouring towns of Macduff and Banff have supermarkets, pharmacy etc
Spot on in every way very nicely finished, showers great beds comfy, hot tub ... Spot on in every way very nicely finished, showers great beds comfy, hot tub great even though only used once because of the weather

Lovely light & airy duplex in the centre of Gardenstown. The bedrooms were comfortable and warm, the main sitting roomkitchen was comfy and well equipped. Fantastic view from the top front bedroom. The hot tub was a big hit. Great community feel to the town, the pub was a minutes walk away and offered great food and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The property was beautiful, comfortable and just perfect. So much attention to detail, and catered for all of our needs with a 1 and 4 year old. The owners are lovely and friendly. Hot tub was great. We love Gardenstown and surrounding towns and villages. We hope to be back ASAP
Andrew
The quality of the accommodation was exceptional and the cottage was equipped to an extremely high standard.

A beautiful home with every home comfort. A lovely village with shops if you needed anything urgently. We ate in the wee pub along the road very nice, really friendly place. Really great for accessing other local villages and lovely walks right from the doorstep. Loved all the seaside touches throughout the property. We were friends travelling separately and meeting up so parking was an issue in the very narrow street outside but we just used the car park down by the shore and walked up after we'd off loaded our bags. We didn't watch any TV but I think if you wanted to you'd have to log in to your own digital channels we couldn't find anything you could watch. Maybe it was operator error!!?? A couple of dishwasher tablets would have been good, just to make life easier. We had already asked about robes for the hot tub so we took our own might be worth mentioning they aren't included as it's a very short walk up the path to reach the hot tub area. Would love to go back.
Paul and Ashley were great hosts. They welcomed us at the property to make sure everything was fine and encouraged us to just get intouch with any queries at we may have. The flat, over two floors, was spotless, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. You could see a lot of care had gone in to setting up the holiday home right down to providing a hot tub which, while we didn't use it, seems to have been really well used by most of the previous holiday makers. The village is very quaint and the folks we met really friendly. We would definitely go back again as it was the perfect base to explore that area.
Lovely comfortable property, very modern and clean. Hot tub an excellent addition. Friendly owners checked in to check everything was as it should be. Will definitely return.

Had a wonderful week in this lovely house. Perfect location for exploring this part of the Moray coast. Views from the upstairs bedroom are amazing. This property is finished off to a very high standard and has everything you would need including an extremely wellequipped kitchen. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Made great use of the hot tub! Would definitely recommend. Dorothy
Lovely stay at the duplex flat. Everything you need is provided for you, making it a home away from home. Location was great, the view from the main bedroom window is fantastic, with the added bonus of the provided binoculars. On street parking is tight. Further up the lane, the garden has been done to provide a lovely relaxing area, this garden also houses the hot tub however we did not use it during our stay due to its positioning on the site.

The property was amazing, recently renovated with lots of love and attention gone in to making it a perfect holiday let near the sea. The bed was so comfortable and the shower rooms great, the view from the top floor bedroom was stunning. Everything you could ask for was provided in the property and excellent quality which makes a huge difference. The hot tub although we didnt use it is a well thought out private area, along with the garden area. Its worth noting that you access these facilities from outside the property, so take robes with you! We met the host Paul who was very nice and most welcoming. He was telling us about his future plans for more rentals, if they are anything like this property, they will be outstanding! Highly recommend for a lovely, relaxed chilled out stay with lots of lovely walks on your doorstep.

Great stay, the location was amazing and the local area is superb. The house was great and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the utensils you could ever need. Hot tub was also a real bonus! View from the main bedroom was beautiful. Thanks so much!
We had a fantastic holiday here. The house is newly renovated and is in stunning condition, with high quality furniture. Everything you could need has been provided in the kitchen. Beautiful cosy bedrooms. The hot tub was in a private location and perfect to sit in and watch the sun go down over the rooftops. The owners are a lovely couple who made sure we had an excellent stay. My family loved our time here and are already thinking of returning for another holiday. Its in a great location a minutes walk from the village restaurantpub. 20 seconds to the wee shop, a couple minutes lovely walk to the harbour or beach. Gardenstown itself is a great place to stay. So many little lanes to walk about. The harbour and path along to the beach is wonderful for a walk. The beach is lovely and clean. Exceptionally clean clear water to swim in. Highly recommend.
We had a marvellous weekend here. Set over two floors, the rooms are light and comfortably furnished. The owners were welcoming and keen to ensure we had a lovely stay. The view from the top floor window is spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped and we couldnt have wished for a better stay. Highly recommended.
