With an enviable location right on the seafront overlooking West Bay, this vast property sleeps 18 people in its eight bedrooms. With large living areas as well as eight bathrooms, big group get-togethers will be a breeze at this house which will provide a memorable backdrop for a Scottish seaside holiday. Guests will undoubtedly end up enjoying time in the hot tub outside which overlooks the bay. With its mixture of period features plus all mod cons you should ever need, this property has plenty of wow factor from the moment you step inside the front door. From the hallway, you go through to the lounge which has sofas that are made for looking out at the sea views. The kitchen and dining room are open plan, keeping catering and mealtimes sociable. There’s everything you need in the kitchen to rustle up delicious meals during your stay and this room even benefits from doors to the patio at the back of the property. The first bedroom, with its en-suite wet room, is also on this floor and has a zip-and-link bed which can be either a twin or super-king-size. Upstairs, you come to another bedroom, which has its own en-suite too. This room, which is flooded with natural light, has a king-size bed. Also on this floor is a double with its own en-suite plus a useful utility room. Up on the second floor, there’s another spacious lounge with yet more comfortable seating to enjoy those sea views. Two bedrooms are on this floor as well: a double and a king-size that has both an additional single bed and an en-suite. Up another flight of stairs, you’ll find a shared bathroom, while up another flight, there is an office. This floor has two more bedrooms - both king-size with en-suites. So spacious! Hot tub and bbq were awesome to have! The host , Tony, was very responsive! Nice little welcome basket upon arrival too. This house was amazing! The whole family spent the weekend there for my 50th birthday and we all absolutely loved it. We had a varied age range from 6-77 years and everyone loved it. Even with 12 of us, everyone still had their own space. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The 2 large dishwashers were a Godsend! Brilliant cottage- great facilities and the location on the bay is superb! We stayed over New Year but would love to return in the summer with our paddleboards and kayak as the access onto the beach from the front garden is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, spacious and well equipped house. The owners have made every effort to make the place attractive, from the cinema room, the luxurious master bedroom with jacuzzi and steam shower, comfy mattresses and the hot tub in the front garden. The fridge even plays music! The house benefits from a superb locatio n, facing the Clyde and a dog friendly stony beach. Views are panoramic from the first floor lounge, and the master bedroom. Absolutely stunning house inside with incredible views. Was my husbands 40th birthday and all the family enjoyed the space. My favourite seat in the house was the window seat top floor especially in morning. Hot tub was great.. lovely and warm. Wowed by every room in the house. The steam room was great hit amongst us and me and my husband relaxed i n the jacuzzi bath.Beds very comfy and pillows too. All them stairs keep you fit. Close to town centre for shopping. Glad we had lovely weather too

Lovely house. Location perfect. Can even go with no car as the foot ferry is only a minutes walk away and the middle of town is a couple of minutes walk. We loved the sauna, double jacuzzi bath and hot tub. They were well used. Having 2 cinema rooms was a bonus as our large family wanted to watch different things. I would definitely book again!

A beautiful 3 storey house with everything you need for a lovely stay. The area is also beautiful, especially on a sunny day. We loved the hot tub and the BBQ area and our 2 dogs loved the beach right in front. There's some fabulous eating places in town and some cute little independent shops.

A wonderful holiday home. Everything anyone found possibly want has been provided. Plenty of space for large parties, large well equipped kitchen, a glorious view over the sea from lounge. Plenty of beautiful walks close by and luxurious hot tub, shower and jacuzzi bath. Everything in pristine condition, no hesitation in recommending, and Lola dog loved being so close to the sea.

Lovely property. Enough space for us, the children and grandchildren to be together and to have own space as well. Well equipped and location was great with beautiful views. Owner lovely- even had snacks in the welcome box for the dog! We were also blessed with fantastic weather, hot and sunny every day - not bad going for mid April in Scotland! - so the direct access to the beach was perfect. Try this property, you will love it.

House is well stocked in terms or towels, cooking equipment ect. Hot tub is bigger that it looks from the photos which is great .

We had the best girls trip away at Bay House! The property is of an outstanding quality and the owners really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The house was spotless and well cared for - the rooms are fantastically decorated and the cinema room went down a treat! I loved all the mod cons, they really made this trip special. Excellent . We were celebration our grandads 80th birthday and couldn't have picked anywhere better. 4 generations from 83yrs old to 12 weeks . House was spotless, comfortable and enough room for 9 of us plus a baby with more room to spare. Hopefully we can repeat again next year. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Could not recommend this place enough. Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The views are out of this world from each floor of the property. So many nice little extras and couldnt ask for anymore. The technology in the house was next level (we felt old trying to figure it all out).
