We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. It’s in a perfect spot for exploring the local attractions and the train links from Linlithgow are super handy, with regular services to Edinburgh. The parking was free, which was a bonus. The countryside around is so pretty and peaceful. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Overall, a really relaxing break!

We loved staying here! The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh, the Kelpiesand Glasgow, with a direct train from the town. It’s quite a walk into the centre, so sunny weather helps! The cottage sits next to a lovely little loch and fishing spot, which adds to its charm. Inside, it’s super cosy - even had a Christmas tree up! Spacious rooms with private bathrooms made it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

Steve
The cottage is lovely and very peacefully quiet , modern and well kitted out kitchen and 3 modern fitted bathrooms. Found on the grounds of a fishing lake with stunning countryside views from most of the windows. We stayed here as the cottage is ideally located in the town of Linlithgow between the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow . The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel are a 20 min drive and well worth visiting
Margaret
The cottage was lovely, set in great surroundings, very quiet, but close enough to visit most places! We would definitely stay again!
Sarah
We loved the location, surrounded by beautiful scenery! Linlithgow is just 5 minutes away by carand there's three big supermarkets for self-catering along with plenty of good pubs and restaurants. It was very quiet too! The accommodation was great, with a well-equipped kitchen that had a good washing machine. There's no dryer, but we could use the owner's if we needed to. The TV is basic, with a DVD player, but no streaming serviceand the internet was a bit hit and miss (not that we missed it). We had six adultsand there was plenty of room, although the living room felt a little cramped. Fortunately, the bedrooms are large.
James
