Lovely acomodation and outside decking area. Bedroom a little hot could do with bug killer as there were a lot of mosquitos. Nice and quiet with good views, cat was very into food. Quite far from the sea. West wittering beach horribly crowded, zoo and Portsmouth were pleasant.
Fiona

Superb property, has everything you could want, except a washing machine. Hot tub was very relaxing. Warm and comfortable when it was chilly outside, but places to sit in the sun outside. Within reasonable reach of the coast and New Forest. Appreciated the welcome pack supplied by Sue and Andy.
Charlene

Christina
My partner and I stayed here as my birthday treat from me to him. It is a lovely accommodation, with the benefit of a jacuzzi. We stayed for 3 nights. My only complaint is the mattress, it was so uncomfortable I slept on the sofa sitting up (as its not long enough to lay down) for 2 1/2 nights. This impacted our experience as I was very tired. The Read moremattress is only 4 inches thick! My partner who is not fussy at all found it uncomfortable too. Its a real shame as we would love to stay again. Hide

Very comfy and clean cottage in beautiful countryside ~ look out for the green woodpeckers in the garden. Hot tub wonderful! Smart TV in the evenings a real bonus. Great location for visiting Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton & more. Appreciated the welcome pack. Enjoyed our stay, but beware booking if you don't like or are allergic to cats; the owners' cats will stroll in if the doors or window are open ... and take food that is left out :-(
Anna
A fabulous cottage in a lovely location. The view from decking area, particular at sunset, was a treat! A very well equipped property with high end fixtures and fittings. Very sorry to leave!
Roy

The garden room was a perfect holiday to relax and unwind from normal life. Location was picturesque, still close enough to a small village and not far from Bournemouth beach which makes a great day out. The owners were great to communicate with and if we needed anything we knew they wouldnt hesitate to help. A lovely relaxing stay!
