David
Lovely house , big enough for our group of 10 Location is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues Not much in harbour , so driving is essential
Anil
Great property in an excellent location (2 mins walk from the Ferry to Fowey where all the action is). Jacuzzi an excellent touch. !SELECTED!Bedrooms a little small (i.e. no desk space) and some scope to enhance maintenance / upkeep of the property in a few areas (e.g. pool table is quite worn). !ENDOFSELECTED!

Gorgeous, well positioned, bright house. Well appointed and very comfortable. Good lighting and spaces for larger groups. Great appliances. Bedrooms comfy too. Hot tub fab after cold water dip! Polruan is delightful, definitely fitter by the end of the week as on a steep hill! Fabulous walks close by and easy access by ferry to Fowey. House was bea utifully decorated for our Christmas stay. Highly recommend Tainui for a family holiday.
Zita
Really beautiful home, lovely garden, enjoyed watching the Sun go down most evenings were blessed with amazing weather and couldnt fault the house or garden facilitiesJust for awareness there is significant building work next door between the hours of eight - five, we were out most days so didnt affect our enjoyment.
Garry
The house it self was perfect, location wise could not be better, the views are stunning, lovely watching the sunset from the hot tub. Bar area and lounge were fantastic to sit and chill. The area around is very quiet and peaceful.
James
The house is in a great position and offers really nice accommodation. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space. Great to have Sky TV & good WiFi. Apart from a few small cosmetic issues that I expect would be fixed soon, we had a super stay. One word of advice is to stock up on food and refreshments before you arrive as there is only a small shop with limited stock.
Suzanne
A fabulous and very comfortable house which has been updated beautifully - the hot tub was very welcome after long walks on the local coast paths
Adeline
A great cottage ! We really enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary. We also had great moments playing snooker. We recommend the hall walk to bodinnic ,followed by a nice pub meal in Fowey ( ferry necessary).
Libby
The photos of this property do not do it justice. The house is fabulous, everything is done to an excellent standard. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. We really enjoyed the hottub. The area is wonderful- so quiet at night and its a quick ferry over to Fowey if you want more choices. At this time of year the ferry stops at 7pm and there we re no restaurants/shops open Mon-Thurs but it isn't difficult to get a grocery shop in and cook in the fabulous kitchen. The beds are super comfy too
Ian
Great space and facilities in a wonderful location.
DEBBIE
Fantastic property with amazing facilities and beautiful decor. Garden and hot tub brilliant with plenty of outdoor furniture including sun loungers plus an outdoor bar and pizza oven. A great house for families, couples and friends.
Linda
A really comfortable, warm and welcoming house that suited 9 of us for a great family get together. Plenty to do in the area for all ages.
