Lovely location with attentive hosts when needed. The house is well maintained and has been fitted to a high standard. Bude beaches are only 20 minutes away which makes it a great base to holiday from. The separate games room helped if the weather was a little gloomy.

Lypmscott barn is a great place for a large group to enjoy a break away! Plenty of indoor space where we could all sit around in the communal garden without being on top of each other and outdoor space where the children could play on their bikes & scooters and also walk around the farm to look at the cows and calves in their barns. Lympscott Barn is built for maximum comfort, plenty of room for our four granddaughters to play, whilst we enjoyed the comfort of the whole place, including the hot tub. The farm life surrounding the barn fascinated the children, and was strangely comforting. A fabulous place to celebrate m y husbands 60th birthday, we definitely recommend a stay here, and hope to return in the not too distant future.

The house exceeded my expectations even though it looks amazing in the pictures. The ground floor bedroom with a wet room was perfect for my elderly parents, and very soundproof from the living area. The barn was well equipped for the 13 members of our family who were with us - ranging from 81 down to 12. We loved Sandymouth Beach 20 minutes drive away and enjoyed walking on the coast path. We were a family of 10 adults and 2 dogs staying over the Xmas week. Absolutely loved the open plan kitchen, dinning room and lounge. We had planned on lighting the log fire, but the house was so warm we didn't need it. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms/en-suites for everyone.
