Beech Reviews

Evelyn
Very comfortable property. Quiet peaceful and private surroundings with close access to walking country. Lighting could be improved ,a bit dingy and one of the outer doors needs attention. Very difficult to close. A broom would also have been useful ! Excellent WiFi connection. But all in all a very cosy, warm cabin.
Edward
The interior is very tired and needs some TLC.
Beech was well equipped, clean and cosy. The hot tub was showing signs of age. Some of the head rests were missing and the jets didn't work on Jet 1and some seemed to be missing on Jet 2. However, it was clean, warm and appreciated. The site generally is a bit shabby although the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the property owner might not be able to influence this.
Had a lovely stay at Beech. Very well equipped and very good central heating.
Graham
We stayed as a couple good location for getting around dorset the hot tub was a nice touch for the end of day. Overall the lodge was nice but we felt it could do with a little tlc inside and out. Also thought it would have been nice to have a light outside by the hot tub and seating area for autumn nights. Otherwise the lodge is well equipped for anyone to stay

Top attractions include the amazing shark tunnel, the rock pools and the otter enclosure. This year Loch Lomond Sealife Centre is also home to Cammy - the only Giant Sea Turtle in Scotland! The centre also offers visitors an educational experience with talks and hands on events taking place daily.
Monkey World - BH20 6HH
about 11 Miles
Monkey World is not only a local attraction but the work they carry out is amazing.  Rescuing and rehabilitating monkeys and assisting governments around the world to stop the smuggling of primates are just some of the purposes of the centre. You get to see the primates themselves many of which have become famous from appearing on the TV show Monkey World - a documentary about this place. Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.

Admission to the park is free of charge but each of the attractions incur a small charge.
Play & Farm Park - PO31 8PE
about 28 Miles
Described as the Isle of Wight's multi activity and play Farm park this attraction will really appeal to families looking for a fun day out.  Recently improvements have been made to enlarge the straw fun play barn and this is now the biggest indoor play space on the island.  This farm is now split into separate attractions, the play barns and petting farm which include rides on tractors and trailors and the tractor driving experience. Open all year this place is also excellent value for money.
