Middleton Barn Reviews

Emma
We stayed here last Thursday for a friend's 50th birthday, just five of us wanting to explore, walk some lovely countrysideand unwind. The place was fantastic, especially the hottub. Plus, it’s pretty close to Durdle Door, which was a bonus!
James Carter
Nice, but average
Sarah
The barn is a spacious and well-equipped home from home on an equine working farm. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking and loads of places to walk the dog. Most attractions were within 30 minutes travel, like Weymouth, Pooleand Durdle Door. We discovered a lovely pottery painting spot in Blandfordand we can recommend the gardens at Abbotsbury! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Louise
Sarah and Neal provide stunning, clean accommodation that is really disabled friendly. All of downstairs is accessible in a wheelchair, including a fully fitted bathroom and bedroom. They are so welcoming and helpful! They even offered to help with our dog if it was too hot to go out with us. From the guest book reviews, they go above and beyond for all their guests. Set in gorgeous countryside with excellent local pubs, you can easily relax and unwind. We will be booking again with them.
Tom

Louise
A Simply stunning barn set in beautiful countryside which was beautifully peaceful. The barn has a downstairs bedroom of a good size and a good sized wet room, the barn is also very spacious which makes it a great stay if you are a wheelchair user. The bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and felt "home from home" the living area was comfortable and felt lovely and cosy on chilly evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Emily
We had an amazing stay! The Barn is spotless and in a perfect location. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond for us. The kids absolutely adored the farm, especially getting to see the lambs and horses, plus the hot tub was a huge hit!
Emily
What a perfect getaway! We were greeted by Sarah on arrivaland she was so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The barn was just right for my dad, who has some limitations with his mobility. The downstairs bedroom and wet room allowed him some independence, which was brilliant. The location was lovely too; we got to see the sheep and lambs, which was just great. The hot tub was an added bonus for everyone. It was only a 15-minute drive to Tesco for any essentialsand we also visited Weymouth and Monkey World!
Emma
This place has a truly nice location, perfect for both the coast and the countryside. It was a quiet spot that really suited us. We loved being greeted by the friendly farm dogs and spotted the farm cats on patrol too. The village is like something out of a picture postcard, really lovely. Our host was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thanks to our host's advice, we discovered some great local eating places that were easy to get to.
Michael

It was nice having the chickens and dogs come byand we enjoyed wandering around the farm to see the horses and those great views. It's a good spot for exploring the area. Plus, it's wheelchair friendly with a decent roll-in wet room. Thankfully, we were lucky with the weather as it was warm and sunny!

A brilliant place to stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved the location, it’s close to everything we wanted to explore. Breakfast was a nice touch too, with plenty of options. Honestly, we can't wait to return! Just one tiny drawback - the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. But overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
